The service technician did a great job inspecting our boiler. He corrected a vibration in the vent pipe and took the time to explain a few things about the boiler. He also too the time to thoroughly clean the boiler.

I was very pleased with the communication provided to us by the 2 plumbers. They kept us informed throughout the project including when there was an accident that resulted in damage. Ian stepped right up to let us know what occurred and what was going to be done to resolve the issue.
