Stuart recently installed a doggy door in my glass sliding door. I found him to be extremely professional, very knowledgeable, competitively priced, great with communication and he came when he said he would for both the measure and the installation. I'm extremely happy with how the door looks but most importantly, my dogs love it! I would happily use his services time and time again. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely thrilled with our new pet door. The entire process from enquiry, quote, measurement and installation took less than a week. Stuart was amazing to deal with, and they were by far the most competitve price wise. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Did a fantastic job, were great to deal with throughout, there were a few challenges (double glazed door, potential issues re whether pet door would prevent doors from sliding above one another) but we came up with a solution together that worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the job.

Terrible response rate, communication and customer service. As per the other one star review you’ll see from ‘Jez’. They mentioned they could come Friday afternoon. My partner and I work afternoons/nights which is why we tried booking Friday morning. As this was an urgent job for us and they had mentioned they could only do the afternoon on Friday, my partner took this off (not everyone works Friday mornings). During booking this we had provided them with the suburb of our location. There are messages of us asking if they would like us to send the full address through too to which had no response. There was no communication day of until it hit the end of the 2-4pm timeframe they provided us with until we reached out at 4pm asking if they were still arriving to which they provided an eta of 1hr 40 mins from that time. They then mentioned that they were no longer able to come but could reschedule for Monday which we didn’t want to take another day off work for so asked if this could definitely be locked in. Again no response. Especially after reviewing this businesses response to the review speaks volumes about their customer service. Highly recommend not booking through this company.

Horrible response rate and communication. After sending photos I was waiting to hear back for a quote and never got one. Eventually called back, got a quote and made a booking. Was given a 2 hour window between 2pm-4pm in which I decided to take the day off from work to ensure someone was home as it was the only timeslot available. No response, I then messaged to find out where and was told a 5pm arrival. As it hit 5pm, I receive a call and was told he will no longer come because it's too late for him. Sent another text message after the phone call to try and reschedule and received no response. Also have screenshot of messages. Very disappointing service and still have not received a response.

Stuart was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Stuart came out on time for the measure and quote and then for installation. The pet door works well, even for our 14 year old Springer Spaniel who after a few treats for training purposes has mastered the pet door. Would gladly recommend this product.

Fast consult and installation, great experience at every stage. Very happy dogs didn't even need treats to get them through first time.
