I use platinum towing quite frequently and I know not ask for a better service always there within 30 minutes, a very dependable service I would say, thank you!!!

Unprofessional and rude.

If you’re stuck anywhere nearby call this company. Chris was our angel, truck broke down right out of Sioux Falls. He was so incredibly kind let us stay on his property with our trailer. Gave us the security we’d be ok. Then took truck to dealership and brought hubby back to trailer. He was so fast incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Offered to bring back not only broken truck but trailer as well all the way to CO. You can’t beat the service Chris gives! Need a tow, this company hands down is the one to use. Chris you were and are incredible and we were truly blessed you were our angel that night. Thank you so very much

We were stranded with a tire blowout on our 5th wheel...I mean totally destroyed!...on I29 and Chris came to the rescue. Friendly, professional and worked quickly to put our spare tire on for us. Highly recommend!

We hit a deer on I 90 west of Sioux Falls. We were in a Rental Car and the car was damaged to much to keep driving. We had a terrible time with the Rental Car Company until Platinum Towing Owner Chris came and helped us! He was very quick to come load up the vehicle and was extremely helpful and polite and cared about our situation. He went out of his way to assist us to get where we needed to and all 5 of us were comfortable the whole time. He had a nice clean cab for us to ride in and took the vehicle all the way to The Owners home over 300 miles away! I’d highly recommend using Platinum Towing!! Had a wheel fall off my car, called another tow company that couldn’t get out to me. Should have called Platinum Towing first! Chris came out right away, got my car loaded and delivered fast. Thank you for the excellent service and will recommend you in the future!

Couldn’t recommend more for anyone that needs towing/roadside assistance. Was incredibly transparent and friendly.

Best service around! Was waiting a couple hours on the insurance company to find someone and finally decided to make a call myself. Another towing company referred me to them being I was towing a camper trailer behind when I broke down. He got me back to town and set me up with a great repair shop that got me up and running again. I would highly recommend to anyone to give Platinum a call no matter what vehicle or setup you’re broke down with!

From the time we contacted them, we were back on the road in about 15 minutes. Quick response time and replaced the trailer tire quickly. Friendly drivers and staff.

We rented an RV and had studs and lug nuts fall off while driving on the interstate, causing us to lose tires and control. Chris was the only person who acknowledged the fact that it was late and our four kids shouldn’t be stuck on the side of the road. He came out immediately in his own personal vehicle to transport me and the kids to a safe hotel and then went back to tow the RV. His immediate assistance and kind heartedness made our terrible situation a much easier one to deal with. Highly recommend.
