I've come across American Way within the past 2 years- From replacing my water heater tank to fixing my AC unit. My experience with them has been wonderful! They are absolutely professional- responding immediately to calls and trying to fit you in their schedule ASAP (unlike other companies that make you have an appointment 2 weeks out) Al understands the client's urgency. They are fairly priced and extremely knowledgeable. Al is thorough at explaining the situation, offering a solution and how to take preventative measures. During stressful times, they have exceeded my expectations and because of their great customer service I will continue to use them for any future maintenance. Thank you American Way! These gentlemen are quality, knowledgeable, and honest people. 6 years ago they came to work on my gas boiler. The house inspector told me I need to replace it and it would’ve cost me $25k. These gentlemen came and fixed it for $900. Today they came back again and instead of charging me, they told me that it isn’t needed and it will pass co inspection. I’m so eternally grateful for not being scammed. I highly recommend them.

My problem was whistles noise around my toilet. The first repairman Richard did a precise inspection and gave me detailed report with some repair plans. Then I ordered re-inspection to fix it. However, the man who came the other day did not know anything about the problem and looked not want to anything further. He said there is no more problem around it. I am confused what is happening. Why were not the jobs taken over in the company? I cannot order further works to the company. They abandoned Richard's good job.

These guys are pros. They showed up early and immediately got the job done and advised on a noisy fan. They fixed my furnace and got it running within a half hour and the cost was lower than I was originally told. Highly recommend!!

Richard and Adam from this company are awesome. We have a very old oil heater that needed lots of repair work and they were trustworthy, reliable, and professional throughout. They went above and beyond to find parts and the pricing was fair too. Greatly appreciated finding them as winter is coming. Highly recommend

Had a scheduled appointment cancelled on me simply because my HOA requested a few words added to the COI certificate. This came after I negotiated with the HOA for hours to increase the water shutoff time from 2 hrs to 3 hrs. The plumber said he ain't taking the job because of that COI request. This is not acceptable, if you don't like working with HOAs than don't initiate a conversation with a landlord/tenant residing at an HOA. This was just beyond ridiculous, unprofessional and disappointing. Put yourself in my position, it was a total waste of my time. Also, improve your attitude. The first service I had, was excellent (a different guy was very professional). You just lost a great customer. The only PRO, the dude didn't charge for a diagnostic. Ofcourse, they will dare say I am not a customer on their database or that I called a different company on their response comment below....

I highly recommend this plumbing service! They are incredibly reliable and provide great customer service. Adam is awesome! Extremally nice guy who is knowledgeable and isnt out to scam. The prices are very fair, and they are always upfront about costs. What's even more impressive is that they have come back to fix issues related to previous repairs and have not charged me for the extra work. It's clear that they prioritize their customers' satisfaction and quality of their work. I trust them completely and will continue to use their services for all my plumbing needs.

STAY AWAY! I hired this plumber to install a new dishwasher and it was an extremely negative and stressful experience. The plumber they sent, who told me he was one of the owners, was perplexed at the set up of my current dishwasher but assured me he would be able to do the job and replace it with the new one. Well, $325 later, after a wash cycle was completed and he was gone, my new dishwasher did not drain. When I called the main number to explain the problem, the man on the phone said that maybe it’s not supposed to drain. Then he said he would charge me again if he sent someone over to fix it if it’s not the installation, which he insisted it was not. When I sternly objected, he went BALLISTIC on the phone and yelled at me hostilely. I will never use them again.

After the power outage, our heating system stopped working and we needed someone to come fix it ASAP . We have four little kids and can't be without heat. Every company was busy, including this one but they squeezed us in and completed the job efficiently and professionally. So glad to find them!!

Call BSE Mechanical in Ringwood if you can. But if they’re not available… Called a half dozen other plumbers about my MAIN Line blockage (guests in town and nobody could shower or use the toilets). These guys were the only ones willing to help me same day AND in the morning. Technician (Ahmed - great guy) arrived earlier than expected (always a plus when you can’t use your bathroom) was polite, professional and patient. Best part... he cleared the blockage the right way by doing things no other plumber did in the past. And didn’t try and tell me I needed to replace this, and that, trying to get more money out of me. And told me price up front. Fast, reliable and fair price. What else do you want in a plumber. One thing that was different... plain white van (nice new one) pulls up and it’s a bit generic (no signage on van and not many tools in truck). They say they are a Full Service Plumber so that’s cool. Will definitely be calling these guys again.

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

When our heating got faulty and most of the contractors were busy, these guys understood our emergency and sent two guys right away. They were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and did a fine job. Would surely recommend them to anyone.
