I have had the privilege of working along side PMI to help a couple of their clients with the sale of their rentals and it has always been a pleasure working with them. Stay far away from this company. Having made the grave mistake of choosing this company for what was significant cost differential from other bids, it was quickly apparent why. They had to be reminded by our old management company twice to set up our utilities. Then they set it up wrong and allowed our electric to be disconnected. We never received important financial documents or invoices for 5 months and when we did it was clear they were not doing their job to properly manage our finances.
After having a CPA look over the books too many egregious errors were uncovered. Currently in touch with different agencies to see what recourse is available.
They claim “God over money”. But IMO there is absolutely nothing Christian or Godly about their business practices.

PMI assumed authority of the Timber Walk subdivision in Simpsonville the year I had just recently purchased a house there. PMI mailed the yearly HOA dues to the house I had purchased. However, I was away from the house during this time. When I returned and retrieved the mail, there was no bill, and of course I would've had no knowledge to look for said Bill.. Because this was a new company I had no information on them to follow up. .
Subsequently, they turned my HOA dues over to collection! YES, Collections!!! A simple public records search would have helped them locate me, however, this would, "Take to much effort", they said. Not sure I want to continue a relationship with this kind of inept management group, but I am only one vote in the HOA.

When we took over the management of your community, we sent information to all homeowners, outlining our role and providing various ways to contact us. As you would have been made aware of when you purchased the home the homeowners are charged association dues annually. As stated on the invoice sent to your property, a homeowner is only sent to collections after multiple notices have been sent and the homeowner still has not paid their balance. Unfortunately, over these 6 months and multiple notices being sent to your property we did not receive any communication from you or the previous management company or are aware of any attempts to resolve the balance of the annual dues to the HOA.
We’re glad to have had the opportunity to discuss this with you and that you agreed to pay the debt and settle the matter. We are glad to have now collected your best contact information, which will help ensure that there are no issues or miscommunications in the future.
