Paul and his team installed a sump pump for me. He and his team were professional and were very responsive to my questions. When the work was done, you could hardly tell they were there. Everything was cleaned up nicely and just how it was before they started the work. Would highly recommend them for all your plumping needs.

We had an emergency when the main line coming into property burst flooding basement. PMPlumbing contacted the city to get water shut off and was on site within an hour to replace valve and damaged pipes. We were back in water within 4 hours.

I am an 85 year old female and over the past weekend my hot water tank had an issue so my son shut off the tank. No hot water for 3 days (Monday) until I received a recommendation from my HVAC company (who I called) to contact Paul. He came over that afternoon and within a short time he had diagnosed the problem. He was professional, did an excellent job, and I would call him again if needed in a "heartbeat". His knowledge and abilities make him a "top notch" plumber. Highly recommend him! Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

10 Stars if it would have let me! Paul the owner went above and beyond ensuring he could get a technician out to us right away. They were helpful in looking at all questions and issues we had from water valves, piping under sinks, water temperature, and drainage in sinks. These guys were priced right when you take into consideration their skills, knowledge, and having right equipment! Definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing needs or installations! There are two types of home owners in my opinion. The ones who know they need a new water heater and take care of it before it goes and then there are the ones like me that WAIT until the unit blows and leaves you in a jam!! Let me layout my timeline: On Tuesday 4/16/24, I discovered water on my floor at 10:15 am. After 15 minutes of pacing and internet browsing I started the troubleshooting process, hoping for a leaky valve or something other minor ailment. Unfortunately, I could feel wet insulation on the inside which means the unit is shot! Being a Racine guy, I called Paul at PM Plumbing. Paul has been doing great work for a good 30 years all over town. This is common knowledge in these parts. After sending Paul a picture of my existing water heater, he made a call to his supplier, called me with a dollar amount and sent me his best guy, Michael. He arrived with the new unit at about 12:45 - THE SAME DAY!!!! Michael was in and out in maybe 90 minutes. By 2 pm that day, we had a new water heater up and running and you could barely tell anyone had been here or there was any type of incident! I knew Paul and his team were good, but this service was truly next level. I can't say enough about the quality of service we received. If you have a plumbing issue call PM Plumbing and let them do their thing, you will not regret it!!

We are in the Racine area and really needed a plumber to come out and unclog our sinks, toilets and showers right away. The other plumbers we called were not helpful and made made us feel like our issue wasn't important enough....PM Plumbing & Mechanical came out right away and helped get our household plumbing back to running like new. We highly recommend these guys for all and any residential work you need done.

Called them about a water heater, toilet and sink installation/repair in the Milwaukee, WI area. They were able to get me in promptly and for a reasonable cost. Very happy with my service and i will be using again.

If your looking for a plumber in the Waterford or Burlington area i highly recommend these guys. They are super knowledgeable about pretty much any plumbing service you need. They are easy to get a hold of when you have a question and they talk to you like a person unlike other companies that talk to you like your dumb. Very affordable service and respectful people you can trust in your home. HIGHLY RECCOMEND, i will be calling again next time i need a plumber.

Don’t ever call these guys. First of all they charge from the time they leave the station, then they will show up more than 30 minutes late and charge you for an extra hour. Secondly they will screw you in pricing. They sealed my toilet and changed my shower drain and tried to charge me $650 for a simple job. I had to call another plumber because they suck. Call building waters.
