Lovely stay!
We have stayed at the bed and breakfast several times over the past 10 years and this time we stayed in one of the condo units. It was so comfortable with a beautiful lanai view. It was so peaceful and quiet and safe. The owner and staff were helpful but not intrusive. Very nice bedding and chairs and umbrella available for our use. The grounds are beautiful with the scent of plumeria in the air.

☺ Since there were few guests during our stay, we were given a free upgrade to an ocean view room! It was fabulous! Hosts were very responsive to requests, such as a hair dryer and fresh bedsheets in the middle of our 1 week stay. Both Pete and Maddie were very knowledgable about Kauai activities and places to eat.
☹ I wish the screen doors could lock for security if we wanted to let the evening air in (rather than locking the glass doors and using the a/c). Even tho it was a safe neighborhood, I just personally need that feeling of security. (However, we did just close the screen doors on our last night with no problems. It's just my active imagination!)

We enjoyed our stay in Poipu
☺ The property was very clean, close to the beach. About a 5min walk, and they had coffee in the room and soap and shampoo in the shower. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas for use.
☹ Nothing, the owner Pete was very responsive with any questions or concerns.

Peaceful condo in a very nice area. Walking distance to three beaches and a couple places to eat. Condo equipped with a full kitchen, to include a toaster and coffee grinder (the safeway in Lihue has the best 100% Hawaiian coffee prices). Bed was very comfortable. Shower has a clothesline for drying. There is an outside faucet to rinse off. Pete has a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella. There is one AC unit for the place, it takes a bit to cool off the rooms, but it works fine. When the weather is cooler, there are many windows to open for lots of fresh air. We had a very nice stay.

☺ The property is very pretty and great location just right around the corner from the ocean. It was very quiet and it was so wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful nature from our patio. The bed was very comfortable too.
☹ The bathroom and kitchen fixtures could use some updating. Everything worked just fine but they are all old and dated looking.

☹ The apartment was hot when we arrived and took a few hours to cool down. Jalousie window panes were broken out in the sitting area. AC mini split is underpowered for the apartment.

Great location-easy short walk to the beach which had amazing wildlife including turtles and monk seals along with good snorkeling. Place was a little dated but had everything needed. No dishwasher was the only slight downside.

☺ The location of this property was absolutely exceptional! It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. This location made my stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable, I couldn’t have picked a better spot to be. The area was very quiet and very relaxing. The actual unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. The management team was also quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place, and will absolutely look at booking here again when I return to Kauai.

Nice quiet place with everything you need
Nice quiet place close to beach (10 min walk to Poipu beach). Most of the property is a bit like condos. While not the most renovated building most of the properties around Hawaii are like this and I found my accommodations great and in like with what else I saw and stayed at in Hawaii. LNo there isn't a daily towel or sheet service (not needed in my opinion) so this is more like an Airbnb. My place had a kitchen, king size bed, living room and sizeable bathroom + a nice pick lanai/porch. Plus air conditioning in kitchen/living room and a separate one in the bedroom + 3 fans and lots of windows. Also came with two beach backpack chairs, an umbrella, and they let me borrow a small cooler. I would stay here again if I wasn't looking for/didn't want to pay for a beach side property (and frankly my favorite beaches didn't have any resorts on them anyways!).

☺ I loved the location and found my place to be very comfortable. It was amusing that, while friends and family stayed at other locations around the island, the only thing I didn’t encounter was a cockroach—something I actually appreciated! The place was lovely and relaxing, and I will definitely return and stay there again.
☹ Everything about my stay was wonderful, except for one small issue: I couldn't locate the switch to leave the front door light on. It was a bit dark in that area, but it didn't significantly impact my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place!
