I love, love this salon. This is the only one I go to. I live in Gulf Shores, Alabama. My sister in law took me for my first pedi. I was hooked. When I moved, I tried to find one like Polish Nail, none, even compared to hers. So, anytime I'm in Indianapolis, I go. Outstanding

The older woman that I had didn’t really file my nails, they were rougher when I came out than when I went in. She also charged me for the nail file she used and told me to bring it back in with me the next time and she wouldn’t have to charge me? I still tipped 20% but I won’t be back.

I visited Polish for the first time last night as a walk in. I have been frustrated with my current salons quality. I was greeted warmly and treated with top notch service. The atmosphere was soothing, very clean and the staff very friendly. I was very impressed with the quality of my French manicure dip, my nails look perfect. I will definitely return and call this place home! Thank you for great service Alan!

I love this salon and have been going here for 7 years now. The owners are very kind, meticulous, and keep the salon very clean and up to date. Their staff always does a great job on my nails and is great at mimicking the color or shape I’m looking for. They’re a great nail salon and often busy after work or on weekend so highly recommend making an appointment. Great place and highly recommend!

I’ve gone here several times and have been so happy with both gel and regular polish. I have had yin do my nails several times and they were great. Both types lasted 2-3 weeks. Today I went in and wanted the gel removed and regular polish put on. The lady had a difficult time getting old polish off. She was rough and seemed to struggle to file and shape nails. There was one specific nail injector have trimmed and she filed which made it even more crooked. She was more rough with a tool she used to trim under nail. Regarding polish it seemed she was struggling to get it smoothed out. She wiped off and redid. The right hand is fine. The left hand has multiple nails that look crooked or polish is streaked and bumpy. I think the polish was old too nails are really rough on edges too. I paid 15 and tipped 7

First time here in years, came in for dip. Nail tech was very meticulous with the shaping, however I asked for Black and got NAVY! Also had a ton of powder & goop left all over my hands, but hoping it will wash off. Still looking for a great nail salon...

My favorite salon! They do the best gel manicures I’ve ever had! Usually the polish stays on more than 3 weeks, which is much longer than any other salon I’ve tried.

Base acrylics were good, nail polish left much to be wanted, staff were pushy and a bit rude

Had appointment, got in quickly. Helpful and thoughtful tech. Much appreciate the service

I wish I could add an image… as these girlies are horrifying! They were extremely busy today which normally means it’s a quality place, right? Wrong! My nails took approximately 30 minutes as the person doing my nails was clearly in a rush as they were so busy and he was on to the next. I showed an imagine which I know never to expect the same thing.. but my nails are literally at a 45 degree angle right now.. how does that even happen?!? Fortunately, this has never happened to me so I never expected that I needed to look at my nails from the side before saying they “look good”. Additionally, he was in such a rush that I feel like I didn’t even have time to say they looked good or not… overall 0/10 experience. They’re so bad I’m going somewhere else to get them redone tomorrow….

First time @ Polish Nail Salon. Alan was very professional & did a great job with my fill. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Alan agreed with me I stated I didn’t want to complain but he said he would have been upset as well. I’m glad he made it right and fixed it. See below fixed pictures and I changed from 2 to 4 stars Just got a new set today. The acrylic was not put on completely and there is a large gap between my cuticles and where the acrylic starts. I paid $60 for this. Hopefully they can make it right

I got my brows done today and I’m very unhappy. At the end of the service she didn’t even show me my eyebrows. There was lots of hair and wax still left on

My go to nail salon. Have been enjoying this place for years and always have a great experience!

Always able to get in at convenient times. My gel nails from here last longer than any other place I have tried in the area. The salon is quiet, professional and comfortable. Solid options for an efficient and quality service.

I was not satisfied with the service nor the treatment. We were isolated from all other customers, and even though I had an appointment I waited at least 15min before someone started on me. I saw that there several employees on break at the time. I received a deluxe pedicure and after my polish was applied I was told that it would take the entire day to dry. Another technician dug into my daughters wallet to get her payment. What business does this? We have to wait until our nails dry so why the rush and the disrespect? We will NEVER return again. Service varies from person to person depending on your ethnicity.

This place is a hidden jem! I made an appointment for the same day and they took me in. The place is very pretty and the staff is very kind. I did gel mani and regular pedi, the prices are good. I have been to other places that charge more and don’t even scrub or massage. I will be back for sure

I go here all the time and have a pleasant experience every time I’m there! The employees are gentle but still get you smooth, the whole process is refreshing and relaxing. Employees are all kind and understanding which brings in customers that are alike, I’ve never seen someone throw a fuss since I started going in 2017!
