I ordered two benches Silhouette 8 inches long in honor of my son, Vlad.I am very pleased with the quality of the benches. They are beautiful, sturdy and well made. I love the engraving too. We placed one by the high school and second in the little stony point park of our village COLD SPRING . The customer service was excellent, always nice, friendly and helpful. I want to HIGHLY recommend Polly Products. We ordered two 6' benches with names on them, as they honored two young men from our town who passed away from cancer. The benches were well made, sturdy, and passed the eye test. Both families were pleased with how the benches turned out. I also commend Polly Products for their customer service help. From beginning to end, they were helpful along the way. We had to make several adjustments along the way, and the customer service department made it all come together. Once again, I would highly recommend Polly Products for all of your needs.

Excellent product. Quality materials. Epoxy pr whatever they pour into the engraved letters/images seems high quality and durable. It seems like the bench will last for a long time. Communication and conducting business with them was quick, efficient, and details were precise.

This is the second order we have gotten from them. There product is beautiful and well made. I won't be surprised if we get more in future. There people are very helpful when order and when I've been there and picked up the benchs. I looking at there picnic tables for next order. Keep up with what you are doing great work.

We highly recommend Polly Products. Their customer service is top-notch. For our family, it was finding the perfect memorial bench honoring our brother who passed away in September 2022. The staff helped us with design and quickly responded to any questions we had during the process. If you choose to assemble the item yourself, the assembly instructions are very complete & make assembly easy. The bench is now located at the US 131 Motorsports Park where our brother spent many years racing.

I love our bench for my son. Adam went out of his way not only to help find a beautiful bench for Brandon’s memory, but he went above and beyond. My son was a Grateful Dead fan and I really wanted the dancing bears on his bench. Since there was a copyright law, I wasn’t able to get it. Adam took a week making phone calls to Grateful Dead and finally got it approved. Meant the world and to me and is so beautiful! We just had family and friends to celebrate his bench and his birthday. Thank you Adam and Polly Products for making this bench so meaningful. You all went way above and beyond! The Cooper family

I purchased a Park Classic 6' Bench from Polly Products. After some time, two of the slats were noticeably defective. I notified the company and they promptly got back to me and asked me to send some pictures. Within 24 hours, they approved a warranty claim and sent me the appropriate replacement parts. They stand behind their products and offer top notch service.

One of them arrived with a top that was a little warped, they immediately took action and even replaced it with an upgraded bench at no charge to us. They stand behind their products 100%. You can call or email and actually talk to one of their staff! I love that their products are made from recycled material and are made in the USA. They are beautiful, sturdy & very comfortable.
