Thanks Tracy for the excellent job done on my hands and feet..I feel spectacular. Tha spa may need to look at the noise levels at reception, therpists hanging around there when free..It feels intimidating to have all eyes on you when discussing treatments and account..Otherwise I love the ambience and excellent service.

I had the worst experience after considering the place on reviews.firstly they made me book something that is not there, made me believe they offer such service to my surprise when I got there, I'm been told that they don't offer such service cause it must be done by a professional therapist which they don't, asked why wasn't I told that cause they made a quotation for me a week before, nobody knew why. Secondly I booked a pedicure for my daughters only to be told they are not booked, you should have seen the look on my daughters face having to explain that the service we came there for was not possible. When I ask about the person who did the booking for us, she's not at work, You guys came highly recommend but you ruined my birthday and my daughters day.

Love it here
Had my first ever wax experience here. It was a very eye opening one. The lady who did my waxing was such a treat. I'm out of the country and find myself having to wax myself but, as soon as I get a chance and I am back in the country, I'll definitely make a turn and hopefully meet the lady who made my waxing experience fun and funny too😀. Ohh I did my nails too, they were gorgeous 😍

The spa is clean and outdoors area amazing. However, the massage was very disappointing. It was like the therapists were not adequately trained for the massage.
