Excellent experience! Highly recommended for anything computer related. I brought in my laptop for a windows 10 reinstall after an ssd upgrade. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were able to upgrade me to Windows 11 Pro at no extra cost. A+++

Ordered my first custom build PC to meet my media company’s needs and even got lucky and got an updated graphics card to help with adobe premiere pro. (3060TI Founders Edition). Darren and Shane did the works and I am very glad with my purchase no regrets except I wish I got 64 gigs of ram instead of 32, but that’s easily upgraded.

I inquired about a monitor repair (not a build in screen). And while they don't repair monitors, they were very helpful and professional on the phone to help me troubleshoot. I find shops like this that treat you well on the phone for initial diagnostics tend to be very honest, and knowledgeable.

This was a first and unfortunately I was Not impressed. The building itself is horrible considering that you have equipment to carry up the steps. When I’d arrived I’d had with me the system, Shane said I didn’t need to leave my computer, for a broken screen pricing he could get the MODEL number to repair the screen from the bottom and I could take it with me, however in a rush of anxiety filled nervousness I left it for him. Later I received a text saying I would have to pay 50$ for service due to taking the system apart to find the model number for a Screen repair👀 when the model number was located at the bottom. Dishonesty isn’t a good look and I later learned from Best Buy that system was never taken apart and the price they were going to charge me was only a hundred less than a brand new system. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless it was the only place in the county.

I greatly appreciate Positive Technology, there team is so awesome. They saved several pictures and documents from my old Macbook computer that was on its last leg. They also waited for me to get to their office when they were about to close. Magnificent team, very professional and they had the best price. Thank you guys so much for your assistance. Quick turnaround! Great service and reasonable cost. They kept my old storage device so I'm now rocking 3 and I love it. If I really had to make a complaint, it would be the building itself. Having to carry my heavy PC case up the stairs and figuring out if I had to go left or right down the hall was the minor issue.

Shane is great computer tech, took care of my broken gaming PC that didn't want to turn on properly, they also installed a new internal hardrive and gave me information on how to prevent the problem from happening again, they stayed in contact with me during the process, price was great also, definitely recommend if you have a PC issue

We informed you, as a company policy, we could only work on computers, tablets, etc. (IT Equipment)
It was a job for electronic appliance service and we recommended you to take it there. The entire conversation is recorded, and we would be happy to go over it with you.
This job you wanted us to do is not related to computer services at all. Again, we would be happy to serve you if you bring in a computer board, tablet, board, etc.

Brought my PC in that was getting a blue screen error issue. They ran a diagnostic on it. It turned out my hard drive was bad. They schooled me on a better, faster, and more reliable hard drive for the same price. My PC is significantly faster than before. Also educated me on some of the other components on my PC without trying to upsell anymore products. The guys working there are knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend them and will use them for any future issues or if I decide I want them to build me a custom PC.
