I highly recommend Posture Works for anyone dealing with back/neck alignment issues or sciatica. I came to them in a ton of pain from a sciatic nerve impingement and they set me up with an easy to follow program that has gotten me pain free and feeling strong/stable again in just a few month. Their team is well trained and organized and I'm so thankful for their service.

Extremely impressed by this practice. Every interaction with them has been informative, professional, and caring. You can tell these chiropractic doctors are the best in their field and at their craft. Not only do they have treatment equipment there that they do not have other places, but they also specialize in scoliosis and all sorts of back and neck pain issues. My 11yo daughter has been going to them for a spinal issue and it has been massively helpful to diagnose, manage, and support her as an elite level dancer and athlete. I can’t imagine taking her to anyone else because you can tell they are the best of the best. Each one of the doctors here works as a team with the others ~ and you can tell that they manage their patients’ cases thoroughly and effectively. They each play a part in helping their patients heal, and genuinely care to see their patients get real and measurable results. Each and every doctor here rotates the patients around effortlessly so they all get their treatments without waiting and you always feel tended to. The fact that they take before and after X-rays shows that they are serious about getting their patients fixed long term and your money is well spent on these treatments. My daughter has benefited from their back and neck adjustments as well as their traction machine and long term home care PT plan. We will be coming here for awhile and I have utmost reassurance that my daughter’s back is in the best hands. They are experienced with working with pro level and elite level athletes, who have to manage not just a busy school load and practice schedule but manage pain and growth and posture all in 1. We travel over an hour to see them, because they are worth it. With more than enough resources in the Silicon Valley, we could stay local, but after doing tons of research we landed here, because I could just tell by the reviews and the consults in person that they knew everything and more. They even teach classes and educate in this field. It’s important in healthcare to do that to stay on the cutting edge of treatments, and their holistic approach offers much more to their clients than what you’ll find at other clinics/treatment centers. Had a great experience with this office. The doctors are meticulous about explaining the treatment and checking in with you about how your body is doing, the front office is quick to respond when you reach out. Everyone here is really supportive and excited to help you reach whatever goal you may have with your treatment. I went in to improve my posture. I've been slouching from a young age, first over books and later over computers and phones. In just a few months I saw a dramatic improvement -- and better, I *felt* an improvement. I have a lot more flexibility in my upper back, I'm sitting and standing straighter. If I can keep up my routine with the home care & exercises I'm pretty confident I'll keep improving. Their approach to treatment seems to be unique as far as I can tell. There are no violent jerks or yanks, everything is very gentle. It's definitely not traditional chiropractic care so if you're wary because your roommate's cousin had a bad experience that one time, maybe give these folks a try.

I have been a patient at PostureWorks for a few months now, and I am almost through corrective care. I can’t begin to explain how amazing this team is. I am a former Rugby player and athlete all around that has always had issues lifting heavy, recovering quickly, etc. After meeting with the team and getting the X Rays I needed, I discovered I needed a shoe lift and to focus on some areas of the neck and spine to fix some of these issues I had been having. I got my full shoe lift not long ago and I’m already squatting heavily with good, strong technique. I also have had some numbness in my finger tips that are finally getting feeling back- I would’ve never known this was fixable (I would’ve lived the rest of my life with minor pain and done nothing about it) if I hadn’t gone in and I’m glad I did. Best investment for long term health and strength! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

By far the best experience I have ever had! This team gets it done right, and they truly see you as a whole person. FULL BODY X-rays are taken in house throughout your treatment to check what kind of care is needed for each individual person. Everyone's care is very personalized and meticulously documented by staff each visit. They have managed to drastically reduce my chronic pain throughout my back, and wake things up that have been numbed for years. This group is by far the best! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for relief and hasn't felt seen/heard by other places. You won't regret it!

I had a great experience with PostureWorks. I came to the team with back pain from years of contact sports, and unsure what exactly the problem was and how to fix it. The team is kind, professional, and flexible in their approach. Their genuine care for their patients was evident in every interaction, making me feel comfortable and valued throughout my treatment. I appreciated their commitment to a quantitative approach in assessing and tracking progress. They take frequent X-rays to measure baselines and progress, which gave me a level of confidence that things were working. Additionally, the team's flexibility in scheduling appointments was remarkable. They accommodated my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend PostureWorks to anyone experiencing back pain and looking for help with both a diagnosis and solution.

I came to this establishment skeptical as I have had chronic lower back pain and severe neck pain for over 10 years. From day one stepping into their doors I was already feeling better. Now a couple of months later and I have grown a full inch and my neck is completely pain free!! I am in the second half of my treatment plan now aimed at the remaining small bit of pain in my lower back and I could not be happier. This place changed my life. You don’t have to live in pain anymore…call them! Your first visit is free with X-Rays!!!

Very effective in correcting posture but I think any perceived health benefits beyond that are highly idiosyncratic or just good ol’ placebo. Great people and very well-run office, but extremely expensive. Almost prohibitively so. I apparently had top-tier insurance through my employer and still netted out at around $85 per visit, 3x per week. That ain’t cheap. I’m about a year out from my treatment and while my posture is indeed pretty great, I’m not sure if the $4k+ I paid in totality was entirely worth it. I’d say I about broke even, but if you’re as wealthy as people in SF tend to be then this might be a good fit for you.

From this initial thorough diagnosis, I have been working on a bi-weekly basis with Posture Works to prompt my body into proper alignment. The unique sessions consists in a process curated just for you, within three steps: warm-ups, adjustments, and stretching. Dr Jessica Lewis conscientiously supervises your improvements and performs precise hands-on adjustments. Alongside, I was assigned key exercises to perform on my own, as well as regularly reviewing progress and targeted resolution with the enthusiastic Posture Works team members. Furthermore, thanks to this practice, I gained a new level of body awareness around my posture, which truly contributes to the gradual improvements. The kind and supportive disposition of every staff goes such a long way for me. As a massage therapist, and professional bodyworker, I am thrilled to refer friends and clients to Posture Works: such a relevant, solid, positively transformative practice! Highly recommend.

This is such an amazing clinic! The doctors are highly knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely warm. You feel like you're in good hands from the moment you walk in. As a strength and conditioning coach, they helped me understand that the aches and soreness I would feel from heavy lifting were due to a leg length discrepancy and some locked-up areas of my spine. With their thorough assessments and care plan, we were able to correct it, and I feel so much better. I believe in them so much that I refer all my friends and clients to them. They always come back with high praise of their experience. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The doctors here are my heroes. After 20+ years of working on my feet in the restaurant industry I found myself with chronic lower back pain. Everyday was a struggle to move, like an 8 or 9 out of 10 on the pain scale, daily. It hurt, and it hurt a lot. I've been to other chiropractors for help with this problem but left with more questions than answers and still in incredible pain.
