My husband set up a time last week to have someone from this company come out and give us an estimate to replace our roof for today at 10AM. Here we are an hour and a half past our appt. No one ever showed up or even gave him a courtesy call that they were either running late or needed to reschedule. It’s such a waist of time ESPECIALLY when he works very late nights and is still normally sleeping at the time he set aside for the appt.
Thanks for showing your red flags 🚩 early on. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Great responsive company! We had an older tile roof, that needed some repairs on a tight schedule. Not many other roofers had experience with our type of roof, but these guys were were able to come within days after our first inspection and take care of our issues. Roofing crew was fast. Stripped all old shingles off and put new roof put on. Started at 7am and were finished by 3pm same day. Looks great.

Highly recommend Preferred Roofing & Exteriors! They were great from start to finish! Ted & Nate were fantastic to work with and very quick to respond whenever we had questions. Their roofing crew was amazing & worked from sun up to sun down on day 1 to get our roof torn off & then halfway put back on by the end of the first day. They finished the rest of the roof on day 2 and spent the last couple of hours of daylight cleaning up after themselves. They did a fantastic job. The next day the gutter crew came & replaced all of our gutters. They finished all in one day & did a great job as well. We are very happy with the job Preferred Roofing & Exteriors did for us!

We had some exterior leaking that caused damage on the inside of our home. Preferred Roofing and Exteriors fixed the issue and better than our builder. Taylor did a fantastic job. I recommend them for any exterior home issues.

They saved me when my siding was pulled off from a wind storm. They came out and repaired it within the hour, very quick and cost efficient. Everyone I talked to was very nice and very helpful!

Loved my experience with Preferred Roofing. I was helping my elderly grandparents (90s) find a good contractor to repair their roof. I worked with Preferred on their behalf and from the estimate to completion, they were there every step of the way checking in on me to see how I felt the progress was going.
