Excellent service!

Got the job done well. Paid almost $700 for one hour labor and maybe $100 in parts. The one hour did not include diagnostic and a trip to the hardware store. It was an emergency situation so not insanely high but more than I expected. They were courteous and communicative. Would use them again.

Francisco came out today for our AC unit, for maintenance and to check it out . We appreciate the caliber of technician he is. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight regarding our unit , helped fix the issues and armed us with knowledge about our system so that we could make informed decisions. He is personable and friendly also. We feel comfortable having all of the work done that was recommended because he was up front with the pricing and helpful with solutions so that we could get it all done . We are very pleased. Update: 10/10- I had a big job scheduled today . Junior and Juan arrived and got to work , explaining everything.. then Andres and his teammate arrived for the ducts and insulation.. everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with the teams working on my home . Thanks again !

Very professional crew of installers. My AC install was a complicated & time-consuming job. They worked diligently to get my new AC unit installed, working and finished the same day. Lead Installer reviewed pics with me of every stage of the job from replacement of old equipment to install of new equipment. Prep & cleanup was immaculate. Highly recommend this company.

The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked very hard to get the work completed ahead of schedule. They were very professional!

Our old AC unit went out, so we used precision air to install a new one. We never had a problem with our old AC unit until it died, but with this one the air quality is terrible. It develops a sour smell once or twice a year. Precision Air comes out go clean it, which costs us money. They try to upsell us every time, which costs us money. We have to keep purchasing a new warranty, which costs us money. The old AC unit ran for 20 years without issue. This new unit has an issue every 3-6 months that requires a tech to come out and upsell us and "repair" stuff. It really feels like a scam at this point and we can't afford to keep paying a technician to come out every 3-6 months coming up with a 300-700 dollar repair on a relatively new system. In all my life in Arizona I have never had more problems with an AC unit. I kind of regret my purchase years after the fact. I wish I had chosen a different company at this point. Buyer beware. I hope someone else sees this and thinks twice. I have dumped thousands of dollars into this companies "fixes" and here I am smelling the same $300 stench coming from our vents. Edit: it's hilarious that they reply and say they cannot find an account for me. They were just in my home last week. Guess what they wanted? Another few thousand dollars to install something else that will "really fix it this time" This company is a ripoff. Stay away from them.

The installation of our unit was complicated. Jose and ??? Did a great job. Professional and neat.

PrecisionAir was absolutely amazing. Pricing was better than my other quotes and everybody was very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I bought my ac unit in 2022. And every year there's something major wrong with it. Last year it was the compressor in the middle of summer. This year it's the coils. Now I have no ac in my house. They literally left me hanging with no ac. My house is over 99°. This just isn't right that a company can do this. And it's impossible to talk to someone in charge. I wish the owner would reach out to me. Very unhappy with this company. I really wish I went somewhere else.

Hayden from precision air and plumbing was so amazing with helping me get a technician out. He really went above and beyond and was very patient with me. I really look forward to having a tech help me tomorrow instead of two days from now.

Worst HVAC company I have ever encountered. Nothing but a stressful experience from the first inexperienced tech to the phone reps who give conflicting information, to Ray, one of the managers who did nothing to rectify our negative situation with no AC. I’m a homeowner that’s worked with many great companies in the valley, but Precision is NOT one of them. In addition to their dishonesty, they claim to be “unable to locate my account”, which is Precision’s way of deflecting any bad reviews. Nice try.
