This is Anna Parker, I want to thank Precision Public Adjusting team for helping me with my claim for a new roof. Especially Ms. Alba Townsend and Mr. Mario for the phenomenal work they did in getting my claim approved. The process didn't take long. My experience with them was great. I received calls from them to let me know what was going on and any questions or concerns I had was answered humbling and professional without any rushing me off the phone. My experience with PPA is totally contrary to all these 5 star reviews. I signed a letter of representation (“LOR”) with the firm on 2/2/23 at the recommendation of the the roofing company and PPA feeling like I had a legitimate hail damage claim. I should note that I am no longer covered by the insurance company but the storm damage occurred while I was insured by them. They are a very reputable insurance company and normally are very easy to deal with. After signing the LOR, I heard nothing for five weeks and followed up with PPA to learn that they had done nothing with regard to my claim. To summarize their diligence as far as I can tell, they sent two emails and had a brief phone call with the adjuster and then called to tell me there was nothing more they could do. They told me that I could hire an engineer at considerable additonal expense if I chose to pursue further. Not the value added experience I hoped for.

Rachel and the team at Precision Public Adjusting (PPA) did a fantastic job of convincing my insurance that my roof really did need replacement despite having the insurance company look twice.
I thought it was a lost cause until I was referred to PPA who seemed to work magic in getting the insurance company to respond with approval quickly.
I strongly recommend them.

PPA is a company that helps home owners with property damage claims. They work with your insurance co. to get a better solution. They were very accommodating and able to get a better outcome for my damaged roof. They are friendly, prompt and eager to help you navigate a stressful situation. They collaborated with my insurance company in order to get the most to cover the cost of my replacing my roof. The only thing I did not enjoy throughout this process was the lack of updates and I had to call the adjusting company frequently to know what and if any thing was going on.

Kasey is absolutely incredible! I have worked with her on my large loss claim. She is a Spitfire when it comes to my rights, my entitlements, and my property. State Farm has slow rolled me at every turn they could and Kasey has always been there to defend me, to stand up for me, and she refuses to let them to take it advantage of me I 100% recommend Precision Public Adjusting, and if I ever come across another incident in my house like this, I will hire them again
