Old house in downtown Toronto so we have a few issues. Preferred was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and gave us lots of options which was really important in our situation.

My toilet had a leak inside the tank. The plumbers fixed everything quickly had all the parts in their truck. They were very knowledgeable willing to talk about different plumbing products that are available for my house that can help with increasing efficiency and preventing leaks.

Wow!!!!! What a positive experience!!! The employees at preferred plumbing spoke to me with such patience explaining every detail of the process and outcome as many times as I needed with clarity and care!
They wrote up all my options from most thorough job to bare minimums to get the job done to allow me to make the decision that works best for me!!!
These are people I appreciate working with and would use again and again!!!

Simple job to shut off water supply to bathroom over kitchen due to leak which required me to remove tiles to access tub faucet.
Job took less than 30 minutes yet i perceive price gouging since i was charged ~ $650 + tax.
For comparison, i was charged $450 last year to change vanity in other bathroom, $250 to replace washer door gasket, and $1400 to replace rear eavestrough and include gutter guard.
In addition, he said he would remove bathroom tile for $2000, which i did myself in about 20-30 minutes.
Although they may know plumbing, i perceive prices double of what they should have been. I regret that i didn't do it myself, just burned out from work

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service from beginning to end and respond to each call promptly and professionally. Our goal is to resolve our clients plumbing issues and provide excellent customer care throughout. In reviewing the service call and the job I can reassure you that first we completed the initial assessment which we did through a pot light. Then after your approval we meticulously protected your home with drop sheets and plastic wrap and vacuumed while cutting open the ceiling and removed damaged drywall. We then cut the pipes and installed two valves (one on each pipe - hot and cold). After we finished the work, we further inspected the leak through the new access made. This took over an hour not including the initial assessment completed. We take great pride in protecting each client’s home and cleaning after each job is completed. We treat our client’s home as we would our own. Hope you can appreciate that a professional business such as ours that provides such care and service comes at a cost to run. The $2000 tile removal that you have mentioned was a verbal estimate the technician provided and with that we also would ensure everything was done carefully and skillfully to ensure quality service.
You did not express any issues during the service call or job, we would have loved to have had the opportunity to provide you with any clarity and information.

PPS technicians arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our particular issue, which was actually not plumbing related. They quickly assed the requirements, confirmed with us and went to work quickly and cleaned up after they were done. As always, these guys continue to prove again and again that they are the epitome of professionalism, speed and competence all wrapped into one cohesive operating unit. They are definitely true to their moto; Right on Time, Right the First Time! As always, it is a pleasure to deal with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a professional plumbing team!

My plumbing technicians from preferred plumbing arrived exactly on time. I also received a very friendly call from Arminder, one of the technicians. We discussed the work and I was explained all my options to make a decision on the type of work I needed. The work was done neatly and professionally with the greatest care to my home. The Preferred Plumbing team (Arminder and Josiah) were knowledgeable, polite, responsible and extremely professional in pinpointing my plumbing problem and fixing it within the course of an afternoon. From my first call to the more than satisfactory completion of the job, the time taken was less than six hours. I was also presented with numerous pricing options for the work and guided through each step of the repair process. I have relied on Preferred Plumbing for many of my plumbing needs over the past 5 years but after the recent heavy rains and a flooded basement, I really needed help.
After listening to what I thought the problem was, a thorough assessment was done and ALL options were clearly written out and explained to me. After my decision the team started right away and didn’t leave until it was finished… almost 12 straight hours of work because they wanted to make sure it was completed before another rainfall. Not only did I no longer have to worry about flooding but the guys left it cleaner than the swampy mess they walked in to!!
I have and will continue to recommend Raphie and his team. I was a bit of a mess when they showed up, the damage that had been done and dealing with the aftermath and everyone was empathetic to my situation. From admin to frontline, they’re all wonderful, patient, clear and respectful.

Excellent service! PP has the best customer service by far. I can’t recall the last time I encountered such diligence, politeness, and efficiency. They were my fourth call trying to find a plumber to fix a leak on my kitchen sink. PP asked me a few questions and sent a technician right away. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything well and followed up on the repair a few days later. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for plumbing services.

From the first conversation with a customer service representative on the telephone until the final inspection of the work, Preferred Plumbing Solutions staff were excellent. During the consultation phase Raphie (CEO) and Arminder (Plumbing Technician) did a walk through of the work that would be needed to resolve our plumbing issues (a powder room running toilet, and a main bathroom faucet and spout drip), they provided us with repair and price options. The cost for repairs was more than we had anticipated; however, Preferred Plumbing Solution was 100% worth the money. The repairs were done quickly. The staff were exceptional: professional, understanding, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We thank Preferred Plumbing Solutions for an extremely positive experience.
