As you walk through the door you are greeted like an old friend, both ladies are so kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble. The optician is very professional giving advice bit also taking the time to explain everything in detail.

Very good experience,with the Castleford shop, ladies were thoughtful,diligent, informative and understanding. They took me threw the process of testing for a new pair from start to finish with a smile and a bit of banter to ease the appointment... full Mark's and I will use these again.

The staff were friendly and put me at ease as I underwent the eye screening and eye exam. As there was no change in my prescription I was not pressured into buying a new pair of glasses unlike some opticians, they said I could just buy some glasses off the internet if I felt as if I needed a new pair.
