Great service by them

This was my first time using Premier Car Service so I wasn't sure what to expect but I had read good reviews about them on YELP. I was not disappointed. The driver arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and was very courteous and professional. The car was very comfortable and roomy but more importantly it handled very well on the still greasy, snow-covered roads from yesterday's snowstorm. I would definitely recommend and most certainly will use their service in the future.

The only service to use in Halifax - prompt, professional, friendly - and their driving is top-notch (I'm a horrible back seat driver, and haven't been scared once!). Trust this granny - use Premier!

Love this company. Honestly, can't say enough good about these guys. I like the fact that they track my flights. I dont have to worry when my flight is delayed, they are already on it. Grab my luggage and tell the desk I am here. They call the driver and usually less than 5 min and there they are. It is a worry that I never have to worry about. This company is my goto for getting from the airport to home. Highly recommend these guys for sure.

My friend and I recently visited Halifax for the first time. We had a 4 night stay and decided to book all our transportation requirements with Premier Car Service. We were very impressed with the service, the ease and streamline efficiency of the company. All transportations were booked online and we received texts, email notifications, and reminders of the driver details. The vehicles were clean, and upheld the proper covid measures (sanitizers, plexiglass and mask requirements). The drivers were polite, courteous (assist with luggage, open car doors) and maintained proper social distance where required. Below is an account for each of our transfers: Airport Pickup (Driver - Cal) Upon arriving in Halifax there was plenty of rain. However we felt safe during our travel with Cal. He was ready and waiting for our arrival and assisted with luggage. He was very knowledgeable of the area and provided very helpful tidbits and insight which made us feel very welcomed, seeing as this was out first time in the area. 3 Hour charter (Driver - Hilal) We chartered a vehicle for the purpose of running errands and viewing apartments in Dartmouth. Hilal was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in providing additional information regarding our questions and concerns. He made sure that we felt satisfied with the service and that all our needs were taken care of in the allotted time, even going further to provide suggestions to areas that we may be interested in without detouring from our main itinerary. Even though this service was not meant to be a tour, Hilal was very knowledgeable of the locations and gave us much needed details and tips. Airport Drop-off (Driver - Yasin) Our flight itinerary was changed last minute. We were able to notify the company and received an immediate update to accommodate our earlier departure (4 AM). Yasin arrived 15 mins prior and was in a pleasant mood (which we were very appreciative of as we thought this inconvenience would be very off putting for the driver). He got us to the airport quickly and safely, and once again we were welcomed with even more details and tidbits of the location. Honestly, we had such a pleasant experience. As visitors to Halifax, they have made great first and last impressions. They are the very representation of the kind and welcoming culture that we heard about prior to our visit. We would definitely recommend Premier Car Service and will reuse the service on our next visit.

What a great experience! It was so easy to book online - and everything went perfectly. Confirmation emails were very informative. Driver was great - courteous, on time, super clean car, great driver. A++++ - highly recommended for airport transfers.
