Recently used Andy and his team to help my husband and I re-mortgage. It wasn't a straight forward re-mortgage, there were a few complexities including bad credit and a transfer of equity. Andy had very good knowledge of the market, gave us confidence and put us at ease from the beginning. He was able to find us a deal that suited us and has now put us in a better financial situation. The whole process took just 4 weeks from submission of the mortgage application to completion, we couldn't be happier with our experience. Would definitely use Premier Financial Solutions again in the future.

We went to Andy at Premier Treorchy back a couple of months ago to remortgage early to clear some finances after completing the house, sent over a few documents and writhing 14 days of this our remortgage was through, we were advised and expected around 6 weeks. This was all from Andy side, valuation on property was quick , plus us sending the documents back ASAP. Highly recommend this place
