Best hotel in Rome This is an absolutely amazing hotel. It is absolutely stunning inside and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and the pool area was fab too. Breakfast was excellent. I cannot fault one thing about the hotel, loved it all.

Welcoming and luxurious The best hotel we've ever stayed in! Welcoming staff, luxurious rooms and an incredible restaurant. We went here for our honeymoon and have absolutely no regrets. If possible get a room with a terrace. We loved having breakfast overlooking the city.

Rome Holiday What a fabulous stay! From the welcome at the front door and the friendly check in. The Aleph suite was wonderful with beautiful amenities. The entire staff was so wonderful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and dinner was also quite a delight. Special thanks to Chrisitan, Lorenzo and Clelia! We will back again.

Aleph - Eccellente come sempre!! Io e mio marito abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio nel nostro hotel preferito, l'Aleph Rome! La nostra camera era incantevole e abbiamo fatto un ottimo uso della terrazza ben arredata! Tutto il personale era meraviglioso come al solito e il servizio era eccezionale, niente era troppo disturbo, da qui il motivo per cui torniamo! La selezione della colazione era incredibile, il cibo del bar della piscina era buono troppo. Il miglior Club sandwich che abbia mangiato da un po’! ! Un ringraziamento speciale a Giuseppe (Front Office Manager) per aver organizzato tutti gli extra alla perfezione.

Sept 7-12, 2024 My wife and I stayed here for the first time (on our fifth trip to Rome over the last 20 plus years) for five nights starting Sat., Sept 7 with check-out Thursday Sept. 12. The hotel is easy to access, two blocks from Piazza Bernini and near public transportation and numeorus good restaurants with a variety of price points and also shopping. The hotel is very up to date and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a very nice roof top bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best ever, a wide selection of delicious food. The best aspect of this hotel is the staff. They were among the best ever. All the staff from the bellme to the servers and the front desk / reception / conceirge were all incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They even said specifically they wanted our stay to be extra special. I specifically recognize Roseella and Valeria at the reception though I wish I had the names of all the staff, they really were just above and beyong excellent. We totally recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

L'hotel è incantevole nel complesso, ma evitare banco di portineria! Siamo stati lì per 3 notti in agosto durante una tremenda ondata di caldo. L'aria condizionata ha funzionato alla grande, grazie al cielo! Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli con bagni in marmo e un buon spazio armadio. I letti erano comodi. Il personale della reception ha reso il check-in e out facile ed era molto cordiale. Hanno una bella colazione anche. L'hotel è vicino alla metropolitana, Galleria Borghese e Palazzo Barberini, ma ad una distanza da sezioni antiche della città (circa 20 - 30 minuti a piedi) e Vaticano (Metro va al Colosseo e Vaticano, ma non molti altri siti). Un avvertimento importante - - evitare il banco di portineria. Ho usato le loro raccomandazioni per cenare 3 volte (contro il mio giudizio migliore) e sono rimasto estremamente deluso con ogni pasto, nonostante le abbia detto che mangio fuori nei migliori ristoranti di New York e altrove e volevo esperienze culinarie superiori solo e NON - TURISTICO . Avevo fatto le mie prenotazioni 2 volte in ristoranti altamente raccomandati (su tripadvisor e sulla lista michelin) e lei ci ha detto di annullare le nostre prenotazioni perché saremmo molto più felici con le sue raccomandazioni. Avrei dovuto saperlo meglio - - ci ha mandato 2 delle 3 notti in ristoranti dello stesso proprietario, con menu identici, anche stampati sulla stessa carta e con lo stesso font! Una mazzetta, forse? Ero furiosa e le ho detto quanto eravamo delusi! Ha finto di ignorare che erano lo stesso proprietario e avevano menu identici. Intendo scrivere alla direzione di questo.

Soggiorno settembre Ottimo hotel! Il personale era fantastico e così disponibile con tutte le domande che avevamo. Il cibo era buono pure. La piscina era un po 'piccola ma una buona dimensione per Roma. Le camere erano belle e l'aria condizionata funzionava alla grande. Non lontano da Piazza di Spagna e molto facile da girare.
