由旅行社安排入住，幸運抽籤抽中大套房😍真的有夠大，整間飯店有股前衛藝術感但又不失古典，房間窗戶可以看到一樓lobby，要拉好窗戶哈哈

Many thanks to Lora and Saeed they help us alot, the hotel surprised me with cleanliness and very elegant taste even for the small details. The one thing I didn’t like is the lightning is dim. Definitely coming back again

Magnífico hotel en el centro de Florencia, personal súper amable y atento, ayudando siempre en todo. Las instalaciones son increíbles, la habitación muy limpia y comodísima... El desayuno, simplemente espectacular. Admiten perros, algo que para mí tiene muchísimo valor, y encima los tratan con muchísimo cariño. Sin duda volveré y sin duda lo recomendaría.

Hotel maravilhoso com funcionários atenciosos e café da manhã delicioso com opção de pães sem gluten. Possui ambiente de SPA para relaxamento.

Stunning, stunning, stunning. The rooms, the attention, the spa, the location, the friendliness of the staff and the attention to small details was absolutely over and above my own personal hotel experiences. I loved every minute of my 6 night stay.

- This hotel is very unique, if you're into astrology and niche style you should stay here. The hotel ambiance takes you into a world of modern but ancient world. Pros: - The breakfast captures the essence of Florence and qualifies as high tea. - Interior design is described as sentimental modernism. - The location is amazing as you're in the centre of anything you might want to do in Florence. Cons: - The windows are quite thin and you can hear the noises from the street, if you're a light sleeper take that into account. - There are strong scents in the rooms and hallways which I personally enjoyed, although might be too strong for those with allergies or those sensitive strong scents.

This hotel is a complete gem. I’m not sure where to even start. Everything was done with excellent attention to detail. The staff and reception are incredibly helpful, and always willing to find solutions to your problems. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen (for a hotel of this size). Just excellent all around

到着したのは真夏の午後。猛暑の中サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅から徒歩で行きましたが、すぐに到着することができました。石畳の道は段差も多く、大きなスーツケースだとキャスターも引っ掛かり気味で少し歩きづらいですが、この距離なら大丈夫に思います。 車寄せがあるような分かりやすい入口ではありませんが、明らかに品の良いホテルらしいドアがあり、うっかり通り過ぎてもスパの入り口にしっかりロゴがあるので、細い路地の割には見つけやすいように思います。 さすがにこのクラスのホテルらしく、部屋に案内してもらうまでのわずかな間に、通されたロビーでウェルカムドリンクの冷たいプロセッコを頂き、落ち着いた頃合いを見計らって部屋に案内してくれたりと、心地よいサービスでした。 短い滞在だったのでスパや夕食などあまりホテルの施設を楽しめなかったのは残念です。フィレンツェにはぜひもう一度行きたいと思いますが、その時にもここを選ぶと思います。

TLDR: A beautiful curated hotel with extremely attentive staff and nice rooms. I stayed in the junior suite and all I can say it was incredibly nice and I would stay again when I revisit Florence. The staff were very attentive and clarified items quite quickly even offering drinks for a while when we entered during the 35+ degree weather and the included breakfast was very nice. The cleaning staff were incredibly nice, we needed to pop in whilst they were cleaning for our items and the lady was very nice working around us. Emma was an amazing masseuse, and the massage facilities were wonderfully relaxing, I went every day that I was there and I would highly recommend. They come to your room door and walk you down to the massage which is great if you tend to get lost and stops you from waiting at the counter. For the spa I'd recommend you go during your stay! In general a wonderful boutique hotel I'd say more 4 star than 5 star. In terms of any let downs there really wasn't anything barring VERY SMALL elements i.e. the spa jets for the foot bath only working on two, ordering a breakfast yoghurt without nuts and recieving it with 2/3 nuts and room wise: the wardrobe door not closing all the way, the mini fridge not being cold enough (personal preference of mince so do take with a grain of salt) and the shower having mild rust on the outside but other than that everything really was amazing. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here!

One of the best stays I’ve had with a family in a big city. Highly recommend.
