Dear Mr. Esa, Thank you for your time and for your compliments regarding our breakfast and the facility as a whole. I am sorry to read your review because I personally spoke to you regarding your complaint about the unexpected event of our colleague who accidentally tripped. You very kindly accepted our apologies, understanding that unfortunately, when one's working, unexpected events can happen, even if we try in every way to avoid them when possible. Regarding your order, the dish you selected from our menu consisted of spaghetti served with mussels and clams. I apologize again if my staff did not understand your request to have spaghetti with clams only, as you claim. In the meantime, the kitchen had closed as per usual at 3:00 PM, but we promptly apologized and tried to provide you with an alternative from the light menu which is served all day. The parking complaint had not been reported to me, I only learned about it now, but in your booking confirmation and at check-in the price of parking had been stated. Because you booked through Expedia, the rate did not include parking which instead is free if you book through our website. The charge however, is €20 per day, not €50, as you can clearly see from your receipt. I renew my apologies for these small oversights of my staff, but I assure you that we all try to do our best to fully satisfy our guests. This can easily be seen from the countless reviews which appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, and this fills us with joy because our priority is the happiness of our customers. Unfortunately, it seems we do not always succeed in our intent, and it will be our priority to do everything possible to avoid these episodes. I hope that your 6 days of vacation continued in the best way, as you reported in the days following our conversation.. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we will be happy to welcome you again in the future and offer you a better experience. Kind regards. The Management
