Excellent. We want to return soon. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, humor, and thoughtful helpfulness, including their excellent referral for a tour guide who lead us on two different days to the Duomo, Accademia, Uffici, and Pizza Palazzo and Guardini di Boboli. They helped with restaurant reservations. They helped with transportation from the train station. The hotel room itself and the breakfasts were excellent. We hope to return soon.

Firenze fantastic! The staff was so helpful and friendly.. Especially Olga and Tatianna. The hotel location is so convenient to everything! Our bed was so comfortable and all the amenities were perfect. We would definitely recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time in Firenze!

Excellent Hotel and location We booked a junior suite and it was very roomy. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows, which is so important! Staff was excellent. Location was amazing! Loved staying on this side of the river. It was much less hectic on this side of the river. Loved it!

2024 September Family Holiday - Florence Italy Our stay at Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, nestled right in the heart of Florence and just a short stroll from the iconic Ponte Vecchio bridge. It made exploring the city so easy, with all the major attractions and charming streets right at our doorstep. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic recommendation from the staff to visit Piazza Michelangelo. The panoramic views of Florence from there were really nice - tip go at sunset and enjoy the evening vibe. The suite itself was luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and having a spa bathtub in the room was such a treat. After a day of sightseeing, it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The attention to detail and comfort in the room made our stay feel extra special. We highly recommend Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, luxury, and an unbeatable location in Florence!

Great Great hotel. Great location. Great people. The front desk always had amazing recommendations for restraunts. They were super helpful for any information you needed. The rooms were very comfortable. You were in walking distance of almost everything.

Excellent hotel and staff. Great location We stayed for 6 nights, booked an executive suit. Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was spacious, clean. Very well equipped with a nice kitchenette and espresso machine. Master bed was huge, mattress and pillows superb. Sofa bed in living room was not as comfy, but our daughter who used that bed didn't complain. Quite as can be at proximity to ponte vecchio bridge. Noise proof was quite good. Breakfast was excellent and staff super nice, although during peak hours sometimes struggled to maintain buffet and fresh plates. Overall excellent stay, thank you Tatyana for your hospitality and warmth. When we visit Florence again will definitely come back

Amazing stuff and charming hotel André and Tatiana were wonderful hosts! The hotel itself was clean and in a fantastic location, just steps away from a one-star Michelin restaurant. The bathroom was spotless and felt brand new. Despite being in a central area, it was remarkably quiet, with very low noise—perfect for light sleepers like me. We slept peacefully and had a great stay! Amazing experience!

Wonderful Hotel Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Made us feel at home and welcome. Arranged for transportation to multiple sites with ease. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a great variety of options. Afternoon happy hour as well was delicious and a very nice touch. If going to Florence, please consider staying here. It is convenient to everything and worth the experience.
