Très bel hôtel. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre magnifique avec excellente literie. Nous entendions pas mal les gens du dessus, et la piscine était plutôt.. très froide ! Mais la beauté de l’hôtel nous fait oublier les petits désagréments. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Très propre, mais pour les bagages y’a personne, on vous demande pas si vous avez besoin d’aide ou non, personnels d’accueil pas trop actifs dommage , et le restaurant sur tout le petit déjeuner y’a en a un il vaut mieux pas le croiser un gros pas très diplomate. Par contre le soir parfait.

Nous voyageons beaucoup dans des hôtels du groupe Marriott mais celui-là est vraiment exceptionnel. Aucune fausse note dés l'entrée, ça sent la propreté, l'agencement des meubles , les espaces communes aussi nombreuses sont bien agencées de façon à laisser de la place, le personnel respectueux, accueillants, souriants, nous étions une famille de 12 personnes et ils ont veillé à ce que nous soyons dans des chambres interconnectées. Les chambres sont d'une propreté exceptionnelle, les petits cadeaux de bienvenue et les petites attentions par ci par la, gros coup de coeur pour le lounge au 6 è etage un coin tranquille pour se ressourcer. Dans tous les cas, cet hôtel mérite largement un ****** étoiles ou plus comparativement aux hôtels 5 étoiles concurrents. Bravo sur toute la ligne!

Bank Card Scam: The Marriott app allows you to save your bank details in the app. This allowed Marriott Hua Hin (Thailand) to charge my bank card without using my physical card, both at check-in and check-out. But Sheraton Milan San Siro deliberately made me believe that Marriott does not allow this, and that only a physical card is required. Without saying so, they charged more than the amount that was provided for in the Marriott app on my physical card, charging about 30% more ! The bank card scam happened on 08/17/2024 1:32 PM. There were 2 men at the reception who ganged up on me to scam my physical bank card. These two men do not seem to want to follow the instructions of the Marriott application, because they also did not want to provide me with the Bluetooth mobile key of the room ordered with the Marriott application (this worked with Marriott Hua Hin in Thailand), and also wanted to make me pay for 2 adults when on the Marriott application, I had clearly indicated 1 adult !!! If you use the Marriott app to book a room for a hotel in Milan, never choose this hotel, because they don’t follow the Marriott app rules, even if you book a room with prepaid option.

Sheraton in San Siro is just like 5 stars hotels in Dubai. The place is clean and wonderful.

Très belles chambres, confortables et spacieuses. Parking gratuit sur place. Très bon petit déjeuner, proposant une grande diversité de produits.

الفندق نظيف وجديد والطاقم جيد قريب من ملعب ميلان السان سيرو وامامه حديقة جميلة وبحيرة بط ومواقف مجانية امام الفندق ومواقف داخل الفندق مدفوعة ويوجد خدمة ركن السيارة يبعد عن الدومو ٣٠دقيقة السعر جيد مقابل الخدمة والنظافة ملاحظة الشنط غالبا انت من يصعدها وهذا في غالب فنادق ايطاليا او الاربع نجوم
