I don’t usually write reviews but very happy with this one. - Clean almost at each corner. Many big hotel brands like Marriott probably can’t get each of their hotels to this standard. During our day time out they cleaned the room, re did the beddings and even took care of some of our clothes that need to be washed. - Mini bar. Many hotels also serve drinks like they do but they have free and accessible iced lemon water and cookies all day long. The iced water actually made a difference to us when we just landed and felt very thirsty and hot… - Breakfast. Presentation and taste both very satisfying. Fruit supplied in the morning was also very fresh. Although the pancake was a bit different from the picture on menu. - Spa. We booked one at 7pm after a day out, and when we arrived they had put everything needed on the bed including bathrobes, towels and slippers so you can just go straight downstairs to use the spa. Temperature and cleanliness in steam room are just perfect although the water temperature in jacuzzi is a bit too cold for us. - Good Transportation. It’s 15 min walk from train station but you have a bus stop and tram station at the hotel front door. We used the tram and bus everyday cus too hot. If you ask walk for mins under 35 degree to tourist places I definitely would rather hope I have a bus/tram just in front of the door! In case the owner is keen to further improve - water supply is not the best we found it took a moment to wait for the hot water; the design of the shower room has a small bug that you can’t put small stuff in the caddy it would fall easily. Before arrival I was worried about some negative comments about the hotel having too many rules like can’t have takeaway. But after visiting I kinda appreciate them. It really won’t be a problem if you’re a tourist cus we always have meals at restaurants outside and this is also for hygiene purposes so the hotel smells good. Would I book it again if given the chance to visit Florence? Yes I guess so. Living in a nice and reliable hotel really reduces my worries and stress! There are always tourist traps outside of hotel make my day difficult sometimes… at least I know I can easily relax at the moon…

hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes, aussi bien au niveau de l'accueil, de l'emplacement et des services (parking et spa). A réserver sans hésiter, merci au personnel qui est aux petits soins pour ses clients, bravo !

Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter dans cet établissement. Tout est parfait, énormément de goût dans la déco, le personnel se plie en 4 pour vous (les recommandations de restau ont été excellentes), le Spa est merveilleux après une journée de marche. On se sent chouchoutés dans cet établissement de petite taille où tout est réfléchi pour que ce soit parfait (jusqu'à la citronnade fraîche après une journée sous la chaleur🤗)

Visited Florence for seven nights and stayed at The Moon Boutique Hotel in August 2024. The room and hotel were beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Daniel was on the desk most of the time and couldn't have been more helpful. A genuine credit to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic (three courses with prosecco). The spa was great too, not really my thing but my wife assures me it was top notch. It was very relaxing. The hotel is one tram stop from the centre (€1.70) with the tram stop directly outside. I would have no problems recommending The Moon Boutique Hotel. 5 stars all round.

El hotel más bello de mi estancia en Florence , se lo recomiendo 100 % .El servicio es increíble de bueno , muy serviciales y agradables , el hotel es bello , limpio , oloroso, muy organizado y con calidad óptima , la habitación super limpia bien organizada con cada detalle , las sábanas y toallas la cambian cada día , mantienen la armonía en todo el hotel , el desayuno maravilloso con excelente calidad y la atención la mejor , es área del S.P.A. es hermosa , relajante y limpia , te brindan la mejor calidad de servicio , el parqueo es privado y con máxima seguridad , el equipo de trabajo siempre está al tanto del confort del huésped.

Excellent hôtel : belle chambre spacieuse avec literie de qualité, établissement très propre, personnel agréable et compétent, rien n’est laissé au hasard (jusqu’à parfum d’ambiance Acqua dell Elba), le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Adorei tudo nesse hotel! O quarto é bem decorado, confortável, banheiro ótimo, espelho grande, bem luxuoso! Café da manhã perfeito, com pedido a la carte se desejar. Funcionários sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Não deixe de ir no spa! Recomendo.

Maravilhoso! Limpo, aconchegante, lindo excelente atendimento! Fui recepcionada com champanhe 🫶🏻🍾
