David responded to my urgent need in 2 business days. His cleaning and carpet crews did a very good job to refresh a home going up for sale.

Prep 'n Sell arranged contractors to perform complex retaining wall repairs at my 98 year old father's house quickly, efficiently and at completely reasonable cost. P'nS has also brought contractors to do other repairs and maintenance in the same manner. very satisfied with P'S VI.

Prep'n Sell has been a very big part of assisting my seller to prepare her home for sale as well as assisting with cleaning, packing for the move and having there Reno Magic side help with getting her purchase ready. I can’t say enough about the service I received from Kelly and his team. I called them over to help me with some issues in house that I couldn’t address myself as I prepared to sell my house. The attention to detail and super friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated. Pricing was very reasonable. I will be using Prep’n Sell again for general help at my house once I move into my new place.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in my dealings with Ian and Prep n Sell. The initial assessment was very thoughtful and thorough. Together we considered all areas of the house, what repairs would be good to do and how each would help the sale. Ian took pictures and included them in his quote along with a description of the work we agreed to have done. The quote was easy to understand and was, for me, very reasonably priced. The work began soon after the quote was approved and deposit submitted. I gave Ian a somewhat ambitious time line to ready the house for sale. He updated me while work progressed. When I had questions Ian was easy to contact and his responses were prompt. There were a couple add-ons to the project as we found hidden issues or something we both missed. Ian was quick to advise me of them. The work, despite add-ons, was completed on time. I was quite impressed. My realtor was very happy with the improvements to the house as well. The result was an increased asking price from the initial discussion with my realtor, to well over what it cost me to have the work done. If you want a one person contact to get the work done to ready your house for sale Ian and Prep n Sell is an excellent choice.

I had a great experience with the owner. They went above and beyond my expectation. It was a one stop solution to assist me especially as someone who didn’t have time or assistance to prepare home for sale. Erol and his crew did a fabulous job on my bathroom shower. My original shower was 3'x3'. They ripped out a closet to double the size of the shower, installed new tiles on the walls, floor, and ceiling along with a new door and faucets. All the materials they used were first class. The crew were knowledgeable, thorough, and went out of their way to please. They cleaned up after their work; and, also did a few jobs that weren't part of the estimate but didn't charge. The crew communicated and updated as they progressed. In addition they were very friendly and showed a desire to do a good job. I have no reservations about recommending them and I will be using them again on another project.

Erol completed a condo renovation project for my unit that ended up looking gorgeous and doing very well on the market. He and his team are fast, on budget, and are very receptive to feedback. You would expect dealing with contractors to be difficult, but Erol made it easy, painless, and enjoyable. I very much appreciated his guidance and suggestions on renovation ideas given his extensive experience in completing upgrades and renovations in all sorts of homes. This team is also not just doing the bare minimum that is required, they go above and beyond to fix things that you didn't even ask them to fix, without increasing the price. And where something has not come out as desired, they are very receptive to feedback and quick to resolve the issue. I would very much recommend and will be using their services again. Thank you!

Hiring Jeff from Prep'N Sell in Langley was the best decision. We had a number of random things that needed repair and nothing was too much of a trouble for Jeff. We had a walk in shower redone by Kelly and Anthony's team, the work was excellent and exact, they arrive when they say & are done in the time they quote. My bathroom was renovated by Aaron, and he did an awesome job. Took out the old ugly tub and put in a tub shower combo, new vanity, floor shelving. He also replaced the old baseboard heater for me. He suggested or purchased items that were exactly my taste. Very easy to work with and I highly recommend him.

Had a new dishwasher installed where there was never one previously so plumbing and electrical were required on top of a new countertop. Kelly and the crew were great. Friendly, professional, and did a great job - all in one day and for an incredibly fair price. Shout out to Anthony for coming back the next day to help with the electrical box labels — really nice guy. Definitely recommend Prep'n Sell to anyone looking for work on their home. I know I'll be coming back in the future.

Renovation to replace large jetted tub in ensuite bathroom with new tub, shower option, with glass door. Also ceramic tile floor covered in waterproof vinyl plank & Tiling to create waterproof enclosure. Work was completed in Very timely manner. All of the required materials were purchased to our complete specifications by Prep’n Sell. This company organized tiling, plumbing, & flooring trades to work seamlessly together. All changes & inquiries were easy & simple to negotiate without any increase in quoted price! Customer satisfaction is THE priority for Prep’n Sell. The quality of each aspect of the reno is amazing. Exactly what I requested in every way. This company is reliable as well as completely easy to work with & have in your home. They clean up most carefully at the end of the day, & are respectful of pets & considerations of your home. Highly recommend Prep’n Sell for fair prices, quality of workmanship, & collaboration in creating the reno you envision. Definitely 5 STARS!
