Ozzie and his crew have done several jobs for me over the years. They have always been very professional. I especially appreciated the area being tidy when the crew left for the day. Needless to say the completed jobs are absolutely beautiful!

January, 2019 To Whom It May Concern, We hired Ozzie Ozsvath and Prestige Homes & Remodel as the general contractor to remove and replace a tiled deck and exterior doors as well as remodeling some interior spaces of our home in Windsor, CA. The scope of this work involved pulling county permits, seismic upgrades, working with both our architect and engineering firms, vendors and suppliers as well as his own crews and sub-contractors. The subs included tradespeople in concrete, stucco, metal railings and electrical work. Ozzie was extremely easy to work with, arrived on time and kept us informed throughout the process. We discussed change orders to the scope of work when we made some modifications to the plans before the work commenced. His crews are extremely polite and hard working. Safety is also part of the culture Ozzie instills on the job site. Ozzie and his crews were extremely respectful of our family while on site and treated our home as he would his own. Our home suffered significant damage during the wildfires of October 2017. We had fire in our home! The heat from the next door neighbor's home (burned completely in 15 minutes) not only destroyed our fencing, patio and bulwarks but compromised the stucco on the neighbor-facing side of our home. This is important to note because early on in our repairs Oz Ozsvath and Prestige Homes were not involved in our rebuild. State Farm initially told us that the stucco repair on our home would cost $1,000!! When Oz heard that he asked if he could come by and check out the potential "hidden" damage. He suggested that the stucco repair team begin by gradually chipping away stucco to determine how much of the underlying insulation was damaged. Well, ALL of it was damaged! The total repair cost was $40,000!! Had Oz not advised us we never would have known the exact extent of the damage let alone repairing it!! I was so impressed with Oz's experience and contracting acumen, I asked for a bid to repair our patio and bulwark/bulkhead that keeps the front yard from falling into the side-yard, His bid was fair, timely and instantly approved by State Farm. We had several "change orders" during the process that were clearly spelled out by Prestige Homes and the insurance adjuster signed off with no questions asked. Oz transformed a severely damaged area that, honestly, we never used to a beautiful patio that is the envy of the neighborhood. The "party lights" (Oz idea) really add to the atmosphere. Oz suggested running electricity to the patio area which was a brilliant idea!! Upon completion of the patio, Oz mentioned that the building code had changed and we now needed railings on the stairs to our patio deck. We had none before... The railings were added, we passed all inspections and we now have a beautiful, safe AND popular patio. I strongly recommend Ozzie Ozsvath and Prestige Homes. Mr. Ozsvath recently did some repairs on my home. He stated clearly what he would do and cited a fair price. He came when he said he would come, did the work he said he would do, and cleaned up after he was finished. It was obvious he knows what he is doing.
