When we decided to purchase a new front door we were a little overwhelmed how many companies there were on the internet offering so called 'bargin doors', however, we wanted a local company where we could speak to an advisor face to face and see the products before buying. Luckily we came across Prestige Windows and Doors in Sheffield.... From our first visit to the showroom Kate gave us fantastic advice, showed us options available and listened to our needs. She could not have been more helpful and at no point did we feel pressured. Having chosen the door the process of purchasing it and having it fitted was again hassle free. Chris came to measure the door to check exact fitting requirements and we booked a date for delivery. The fitting itself was excellent as Chris and his colleague are amazing and absolute perfectionists. We could not be happier and will definitely use Prestige Windows and Doors again. We recently used Prestige Windows and Doors to replace some of our windows and we found their company to be great. They carefully explained all the available options for window types, and listened to our concerns before advising us on what to choose. The windows were fitted within a few weeks of us deciding to use this company, and the fitters couldn’t have been more considerate, polite, pleasant and efficient. It really was a good experience.

We would thoroughly recommend Timber Windows of Sheffield. Our window replacement job was quite substantial (28 windows) and very complicated ( no two windows were the same, and there were a range of special shapes including arches and rounds). The company were impressively thorough with their survey - returning several times and templating the most complicated windows, which gave us confidence that they actually understood what was required and that the windows once delivered would fit and function as we needed. The team in the office were great, very friendly, really knew their stuff and kept us fully informed. The team on site were a great bunch, very professional and they worked tidily; considering they were working in every room in the house they kept disruption to a minimum. We love the finished results, a vast improvement on our old windows.

I recently had a double front door installed in Sheffield. The Timber Windows team were responsive, prompt and meticulous throughout design and installation, and provided clear pricing and installation information. Would 100% recommend.

I have two new doors installed by Timber Windows. They are very professional and their service is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Most recently, a well-known British department store delivered a wrong fridge to my house, and on the way out, they damaged my door frame but refused to compensate. Timber Window kindly offered to repair it and carried it out to perfection for free for me in short notice, during their very busy time of the year. I am very grateful!

Taking the step to replace some of our windows was a big, nervous step but the team at Timber Windows Sheffield offered a friendly, professional service from start to finish. The showroom team guided us through the process and were happy to answer our many questions, encouraging us to revisit the showroom several times to discuss options. There was no hard sell and we felt assured that every detail had been covered to ensure we got the correct outcome, creating like-for-like replacement windows suitable for our property in a conservation area which respected the historic fabric. We would highly recommend Timber Windows, Sheffield. We have recently had Bifold doors fitted which we have been planning to do for some time. We wouldn't have used anyone else for the job, having used Timber windows previously to put in several windows and a stable door. What a team, from the planning stages which involved working with Dawn, Freya and Bev to the actual work on site with Chris and his amazing team. The whole process was carried out in the most professional way, we want to say a huge thank you to you all, our new bifold doors look amazing, absolutely the best.

I replaced my old timber front door with a new door supplied and fitted by Timber Windows Sheffield. The old door was of low quality and drafty, with a hotch potch of locks and fittings. I did like the printed glass design in the door though, so I asked Timber windows to replicate this in the new door. The new glass panel is the same design as the old, but is now done in leaded glass, and double glazed. The new door is much more secure than the old one and should see me out with minimum maintenance. They even incorporated a door knocker I had, which has been in our family for years. Overall very happy with the end result.

We would highly recommend Timber Windows of Sheffield. We were impressed by the quality of the timber sash windows when we visited the showroom. Dawn, Bev and their team were helpful and knowledgable guiding us through planning our project. They appreciated how important it was to us to incorporate the original etched/cut glass pane into our new front door, if possible. Chris and his team took the greatest care to successfully preserve the original glass, they took the same care when replacing the windows to cause minimal disruption to internal decor. Everyone we encountered from the company was pleasant and worked to high standards.

I am delighted with my new windows. They look briliant both inside and outside and keep the house much warmer. I was given excellent advice by Dawn and was most impressed with the efficent and careful way the work was carried out. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering having windows fitted.
