Horrible management , deny obvious damage done by their staff to the interior of my vehicle. All I was expecting was a free wash, it’s a $10 part. Instead they deny responsibility and lost a monthly 360 member. Go to Crew or anywhere else, don’t waste your money here.

Staff is unenthusiastic about their work and borders on having an attitude. The car wash is unimpressive and the water pressure seems strangely low.

Company trained scam artists. DO NOT ACCEPT THE 30 DAY TRIAL unless you want the monthly membership. I specifically asked if there would be an automatic renewal and was told no. When I noticed the surprise charge a month later and called to get it stopped and refunded they said they don't do refunds and that i "should have read the fine print". Well, point to prime car wash. I'll go to a gas station car wash before I even consider using prime again.

Don’t get their 30 day wash trail! I was told that after the 30 day trail was over, they would contact me before adding me to their monthly plan. No one contacted me and I noticed that they charged my card $40 for this month. I called to ask about the charge and see if I could get a refund since I haven’t come in to get my car washed in 3 weeks. They said they don’t give refunds and if the person that signed me up didn’t tell me to cancel the plan before the 30days were up then it’s to bad because I should have. This doesn’t sit well with me since I haven’t gone in to use the wash and I don’t believe it would be all that hard for them to refund me for something I haven’t used this month. One star review from me for this, they can keep my $40 but I won’t be going back to them in the future because of their lack of working with me and be reasonable. If I used the wash ash plan this month and tried to get a refund then I would understand their point and agree with them. But it’s the fact that I payed for something unknowingly and didn’t use it and still can’t get a refund.

Terrible service!!! Yet again!!! The general manager never responds. The kids they have working there could care less and simply as a consumer, the inflated prices compared to service just don’t add up!!!!

Not the best interior cleaning

At some point during my inside/outside car wash, my heads up display on my dashboard of my GMC Terrain was damaged. When I went in, it was working fine, when I left, it wasn't, though I didn't immediately recognize that it didn't work. Up until this incident, I had been receiving spot on service from this location. That changed when this happened. I notified the manager, and he reviewed video footage and told me he couldn't find there was malicious intent to damage the heads up display, which is besides the point. Someone should be liable for the damage! I went to Andy Mohr GMC to get service and was informed that repair was not covered by GM, which costs $1,374.00. I just got off the phone with a manager who informed me that my claim was denied, and also said that I waited a week, like I damaged it myself or something. What difference does that make when I got back to them? I'll never go back to that location again! And I'm considering revoking my entire membership with Prime Car Wash! For that particular day, they get no stars from me! I gave them one star, only because it wouldn't let me post this.

Good car wash & clean inside well except window are always greasy & streak

Experiencing the car wash service at Prime Car Wash was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for the staff. The employees seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Communication was practically non-existent, with employees providing vague instructions and failing to address my concerns. It was as if they had no interest in ensuring a satisfactory experience for their patrons. The lack of transparency and clarity left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service being provided. To top it all off, the situation took a disturbing turn when I was unjustly targeted and racially profiled by the staff. Instead of addressing any issues with professionalism and respect, they chose to call the police on me simply because of the color of my skin. This blatant act of racism was not only shocking but deeply upsetting, and it tainted what was already a horrendous experience at Prime Car Wash. In light of the abysmal service, poor communication, and disgraceful behavior exhibited by the staff, I would strongly advise against patronizing Prime Car Wash. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, qualities that were sorely lacking during my visit to this establishment.

Despite leaving my contact information after filing a complaint, I never heard from this business. I followed up a few times in person and via phone months ago after my car was not detailed well. There were still crumbs in the car, there was damage to the car (the check airbag light was on and I had to pay honda to get it checked out), the trunk had water in it with my items soaked, and several items removed from my car were never returned. The worst part of this experience was the check airbag light turning on and the hassle of figuring out what had happened. The work on my car was careless. I did not receive any apology or refund and will not be returning to Prime Car Wash for detailing or any other services.

If you have a tire on the back of your vehicle or side steps they turn off the brushes that clean the side and back of your vehicle.

Took the Outback in today for $55 inside-and-out thorough cleaning. After first pass, the dash was untouched and tailgate not clean. Manager was helpful in having those redone. Got home and saw that the tires had not been Tire Shined (a core item even of the basic wash), lots of missed dirt in each of the door jambs, and water that had drained from behind badging and trim had carried more dirt onto the cleaned areas. Feels like a $25 carwash that cost me $55 and half an hour. If they offered a money back satisfaction guarantee, I would be claiming it right now.

Does not clean inside and outside good I wouldn’t recommend

I went this past Saturday. It was my first time there. I got both exterior and interior cleaning. When I got in my car immediately I saw a bunch a spots on front window that apparently didn’t get cleaned. Then I saw places they had not cleaned. I was not very pleased so I won’t be going back because for 22.00 extra dollars I could have done a better job with less cost.

Excellent place, the attention is very good, the boy who is receiving was very kind to me, he received me in a good way and told me where to go since I only wanted the inside cleaned. Volvería a ese car wash sin duda, lo recomiendo sin ningún detalle.
