We recently had ProGranite install all our quartz countertops in our new home from the bathrooms to the kitchen and laundry room. We are so pleased with everyone we worked with from Alena in the showroom to Uriel, the installer and everyone in between. They are such wonderful professionals and I would recommend them highly.

ProGranite has done several projects for me and I can't say enough about how great they are to work with. The attention to detail is always important to them. This time I needed a small counter made for my laundry room. Typically most places this job was too small, but since I was a past client they totally took care of me.

ProGranite has exceptional quality and workmanship. They specifically re-created the masonry caps from black granite matching original character and going the extra mile to build the interior support for each cap. Five stars are not sufficient. 10 stars is appropriate!!

ProGranite is the real deal. We've used them twice and while our projects weren't overly complicated they patiently walked through the process with us including a time when we were considering using one of their remnant slabs for a custom table. Their people are amazing. We needed a custom trim piece after the fact for our recent kitchen counters project and they stuck with a tricky fabrication until it was just right - even dropping the piece off at our house. If your experience is anything like ours you won't be disappointed!

We initially hired Progranite to install counters in our kitchen and laundry room several years ago. They not only provided excellent service, price and quality at the time of the install but have been a great resource since the install for follow up and repair. I have used many different counter top companies over the years, good and bad. They are a good one.

Since then, I have used ProGranite in my bathroom, kitchen, and numerous remodel projects as I am not only a client, but a builder as well. The level of excellent service, from the sales team, design team, template team, fabricators, installers, service technicians, and project managers is 2nd to none. Sales staff were very good and attentive. Install crew were not the best. Would recommend keeping an eye on what they doing. I watched them damage the exterior siding of my home when bringing quartz slabs into house. Waited to see if they would mention anything and they didn’t. Also the sink that was installed was crooked. They were able to fix in time since I spotted the issue. Also the underside of the counter overhang was filthy and they were not going to clean until I noticed. Also, we ordered the sink and faucet from pro granite and they forgot to drill 2 holes for the faucet. Nice guys though. Overall I was happy with the product.

Max and the team at ProGranite are nothing short of amazing. These guys opened their store on the weekend to accommodate our family's busy schedule. They helped with laying out our stone for fabrication and the installers were top notch. Nothing but great things to say about the entire team!

We had a great experience with ProGranite in Mukilteo. Great selection of quartz countertops and very competitive prices. Once the templating and installation was scheduled the office kept us up to date as to when we could expect the crew to arrive. Luis and Enrique arrived for the installation. We couldn’t be happier with their skill and professionalism. They were respectful of the property and were meticulous about making every detail of the installation perfect. Once complete, they were just as meticulous about cleaning up after their work.

Everything from picking out the product, making changes, communication, and scheduling the install of our quartz turned out PERFECT! Their install guys were top-notch perfectionist too (shout out to Uriel from Silvestr3 Granite!) I was super worried about the cuts and you seriously can not see any (pointing out in picture)! The blend is beautiful! We are excited for our quartz backsplash next week! We highly recommend ProGranite and Team! Amazing experience!

Mike from ProGranite came out today to measure for our new countertops. He let us know he would be arriving soon by text, was on-time & was such a professional. We highly recommend him & this company.

ProGranite provided our kitchen countertops. We are very happy with the quality and delivery, and we appreciated the responsiveness from Mark Buckley to get our project done well.

Last month I had a bathroom vanity counter and backsplash installed by Pro Granite, and the entire process was flawless. I had shopped several other companies first, and they either had messy disorganized showrooms, or no showroom at all. Their selections for smaller jobs like mine were very limited, and your only option was to pick from their remnants, that were all stacked together so you couldn't even see them. I went to Pro Granite and was welcomed into a very nice showroom by Anna. I explained the details of my project and that I was looking for something I wouldn't have to buy a whole slab of. After giving her the dimensions, she quickly worked up a quote sheet that had a breakdown of multiple options identified by letters a,b,c,etc. She then took me into the showroom and showed me a wall of samples that can be purchased by the square foot. All of the samples were labelled with the letters a,b,c,etc. so I could easily look at the samples and match them to my sheet to determine what the cost would be. The selection was great, and I actually had a hard time picking one. Next, they sent an associate to my home (I am sorry I forgot his name) to do the template. He was prompt professional and quite helpful as we discussed options for the backsplash. I had originally gotten the quote for a 4" backsplash, but asked him if it would be possible to make it larger so that it came up to the bottom of the mirror. He said no problem and it was just a minimal upcharge. Two weeks later, as promised, Luis and Enrique came with my new countertop and backsplash. Again, they were both very polite and professional, and even after I had told them not to worry about the carpets (they are the next thing to be replaced) they insisted on laying down drop cloths to protect the floors. They went right to work and made a point of checking with me for my opinion of how I would like the backsplash lined up as well as all sink/faucet placements, as I was planning to use vessel sinks. The end result is better than I could have imagined. The countertop is beautiful, and the backsplash comes right up to the bottom of the mirror giving almost a seamless look. From start to finish, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be going back to Pro Granite when I am ready to start my kitchen!

I had a great experience with ProGranite. They installed countertops in my kitchen, wet bar, laundry and bathroom. They did an amazing job with the backsplash too. Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful and professional. Alena helped me choose the best option, Arthur arranged the installation date (they always arrived on schedule and on time) and Mikael took the measurements. I highly recommend them.

I have completed my third countertop installation with ProGranite. They have always been professional, on schedule and a delightful end products. I was particularly please to see Luis and Enrique drive up for the two bathroom countertops. Just like the kitchen countertop they installed a little over a year ago, Perfection and not a single scratch on the finished and painted walls. I recommend ProGranite for your project.

We visited 5 countertop stores before selecting ProGranite Surfaces for our kitchen and 2 bathroom remodels. Our shopping experience with this company was stellar: top-notch customer service, careful measurement & templating process, beautiful fabrication, and meticulous installation. During my store visit, Anna patiently helped me select suitable products for my design and budget. Mike and Arthur worked hard on measurements, templating and fabrication requirements. The installation crew spent nearly 6 hours on my kitchen and 2 bathrooms to make every detail look right. Miriam was super responsive and patient in numerous phone calls regarding scheduling and change requests. This entire experience was way way above and beyond HomeDepot service we got with our first remodel a few years ago. I will always recommend this business to my friends from now on. My grandparents have used their services twice and they said they were absolutely amazing. Reliable, timely, perfect job. Definitely recommend to all.
