Dmitry was a lifesaver! I had fairly complex problem with a watercooler at my place of work and I had called at least 10 other companies to get some quotes and availabilities. When describing the issue I was having, no one was willing to even come out to take a look at the problem. Dmitry was the only one who was willing to at least take a look before deciding if he was able to help or not. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me out of a tight spot and at a very reasonable rate! I found Dmitry to be very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and creative when it came down to solving my issue. I was really impressed with his abilities, and I would definitely call him back for any appliance issues in the future!

I would like to give a really good review to Dimitri and Denis from Progress Appliance Repair. They scheduled service quickly and work was done well. Our freezer stopped working on a Saturday. Other companies were offering appointments the following week! Progress came out in two hours. The technician was Denis--he was excellent. Very professional. Fixed the freezer at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Responsive, thorough, and fair pricing. Our tech who came out spent 4 hours troubleshooting our washing machine. 4 hours. For a flat rate of one time service fee. We moved to Texas but if we ever move back to Los Angeles this is who we will be calling if we run into any trouble again with appliances, we recommend them to everyone we know. Highly recommend!

The service was quick and they responded quick with my emergency water leak. They came the following morning to diagnosis and came a few days later with the parts. The tech David came the second time and explained to us the issues and diagnose the dryer, refrigerator, and washer. Please ask for David. The first tech that came didn't explain things well. Overall great small business!

This company got in touch with me very quickly after I initially submitted a work request on Angie. They were probably the first ones to reach out, and more importantly, their rates were the most affordable and fair amongst the quotes I received. It was easy to communicate with them, and I was very impressed that their technician was able to come out the exact same day I put the work request out. He arrived later that evening (and let me know when he was on his way), worked hard at repairing the fridge, and didn't leave a mess when he was finished. David and Julianna were also quite responsive afterward when dealing with them, and their policies and customer service were very much appreciated.

This review is for Ross. We needed same day service to fix a washing machine. Ross was able to quickly find and fix the issue. He explained everything super well to us so we can avoid the problem in the future.
