Dr. Lee Jing Kun is very detailed. I have travelled to many countries and taken many flu jabs in my life, but he is the first doctor to actually explain the differences between the northern and southern strains of viruses, and show me exactly what he is using. Very detailed!

Dr. Lee Jing Kun at this clinic is a lifesaver!!! We visited this clinic on August 27th when my toddler suffered an elbow dislocation. Dr. Lee Jing Kun attended to us, and I was impressed by his exceptional professionalism and compassion. He skillfully adjusted my child's elbow back into place without causing any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and this clinic for their outstanding care!

I've always had a positive experience here, be it for myself or my family. All the doctors who served us take heart and care to explain in details on our conditions and treatment options. This is the go-to clinic if you are around the area!

By far the best clinic I have ever been to.. from the friendly nurses to the patient doctors.. if this level is maintained, I can commit to this clinic so long as remain in this district

Was initially thinking to visit PD for my baby’s rashes but decided to try this clinic instead. Seems to me that, being situated in this area, Dr Lee has seen lots of babies and was able to give a holistic diagnosis to my child’s rash (which turned out to be related to other issues). Dr lee was also very empathetic and clear in giving care instructions. Would def recc parents with young kids to visit Dr Lee.

By far the best clinic I've ever been to with such an efficient workflow system. Fantastic queue management as well. Too bad the clinic assistants have a tiny counter to work with, but if not, everything about this new clinic is great. Both Dr Yuen and Dr Tan are very patient and caring - always ready to answer any questions you may have. Apr 2024 edit: Dr Lee Jing Kun is very patient and caring. In fact, a lot more empathetic than Dr Tan. I've been visiting this clinic since it opened, and now with my LO too. 10/10 will recommend making an appointment and visiting Dr Lee if you can

Brought my daughter for throat infection and it Dr Lee who attended to her. He’s very patient and careful in his checks. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Tan Yy is a dedicated physician providing long term care for my two elderly parents with chronic health conditions…the waiting time is very short and manageable and his clinic is linked to a lot subsidised treatment.

I did a surgery overseas and need removal stitches . Dr Lee is very skilled and patient. The charge also reasonable. This is the best clinic I have been visited.

Well organised and efficient. In all my visits to the clinic, I have experienced warm and excellent services from the staff, nurses and doctors.

Dr.Tan provide an excellent services. He was taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and provide treatment options. He also explained everything in a very clear manner, kind and friendly. All of the staff were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance!

This place is very weird. My employee had injured her fingers over the weekend while cooking. This happened during working hours and is classified as work accident injury. My husband (doesn’t speak Chinese) accompanied my employee to see the doctor. My employee told the doctor in Mandarin that she needs a memo for insurance purposes. For some reason, the clinic only provide MC. When I called the clinic over the phone and emphasised that the memo need to indicate work injury/work accident, their female staff told me the that they would charge the memo $10.90. So I said okie sure. While my husband was on his way back to the clinic to collect the memo, the clinic called me back around 2:40pm and asked if my husband is on his way as they are closing the clinic and the doctor has left etc. I asked the lady over the phone what they have written in the memo, and found out they still don’t indicate it as work accident injury in the memo. I asked them why they don’t put it in the memo, the lady said they can only indicate the diagnosis as they didn’t see it as work injury. What kind of explanation is that? I don’t mind paying for the memo. However this clinic is the first and only clinic in my entire 30 years of my life that doesn’t want to indicate work injury accident in a memo. I myself had work injuries before and all the clinic and doctors I have seen before, they had no problem indicating the injury as work accident/work injury in the memo. I don’t understand why this clinic had to make it so difficult for us! I asked the lady over the phone have they not know anything about claim work injury compensation under MOM regulation etc? Surely the patient will ask the doctor to provide memo to indicate the accident date, diagnosis, and also indicate the injury happened at work accident etc. I myself have such memo too which I can gladly show to the clinic if they don’t believe it. It’s either their doctors are lazy, or the clinic just don’t bother to read up MOM, or they never deal with anyone requesting memo that is related to work injury… I regret not bringing my employee to see the GP at Woodleigh mall instead. I am sure the other GPs/clinics at Woodleigh mall like eg. Raffles Medical clinic, will definitely have no problem indicating it as work injury in the memo. Please avoid seeing this clinic if you require any memo from their incapable staff/doctor. Edited Review After I posted the above review, the clinic Dr Tan called me very fast and said there was some misunderstanding. And they have provided me the memo via WhatsApp. Thank you.

Price of sodium chloride is 20$, while 0.8$ in Guardian, didn't see the difference.

Brought my kids down yesterday night for consultation. Dr Tan YY is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with Dr. Tan YY and all the support staff. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.
