My son ordered a hoodie in size large which when arrived was approximately a normal XL-XXL. Arizona refused to exchange the unworn, as new item with labels for a smaller size hiding behind the manufacturers size guide and "All sales final" policy. WILL NEVER BUY AN ARIZONA PRODUCT OR BEVERAGE AGAIN.

The customer service sent me 5 $1 bad coupons that cannot be used by design, in compensation of quality issue I found in their product. I could be ill if I drank that bottle of tea, yet $5 unusable coupons, that’s how they say I don’t give af

THE REASON ARIZONA ICE TEA PRICES SO CHEAP BEWARE OF ARIZONA IN FLORIDA SALES REPS AND MANAGERS THEY ARE CROOKS.i own a convenience store in jacksonville florida,they brought in this beer called crazy horse about 10 cases about a year ago, i have been telling them to take it back it doesnt sell. its been sitting on my rack not making money, almost a year now, i have been telling the sales rep and manager almost every week to return these cases and give me credit on my next orders. evEry week same story they ll swap it , today tomorrow next week and so on, now they are telling me they have nothing to swap it with. swap what, give me a return and credit from next order which is every week. i havenT been ordering them almosT a month, i even told them i will stop buying from them which they dont care, i even called they headquarters left a mesSages no one calls you back, they create problems for you just make more commission. they try to manipulate you. they dont care if you loosing money or not .. now if i use the money for that 10 cases i would made at least $2000.00 . I love your Green tea with ginsing and honey, but do not like the product in cans. They seem to have a "tinny" taste. Wish the product was in bottles, plastic or glass. Would really taste much better. Thank you Sandy

I am extremely disappointed in AriZona and the quality of the product I received. I bought a Sherpa and there are loose threads all over the garment as well as being one of the largest mediums I have received. Additionally, the sherpa is advertised very clearly as being made of 100% cotton however, upon inspection of the tag, the garment is made of 100% Polyester. If you tell Customer service about it, they ask you to prove it, and when you do, they stop responding to you.

Where to start…….. first of all, you contradicted yourself, and made yourself out to be a liar. Let me explain. You promised you’d never raise the prices because the prices are right on the canned. Then all of a sudden you had to jack up the prices for Irving to carry your beverages. Then you decided that that was good enough for all stores so you jacked up the prices everywhere. That makes you a liar. You claimed you never would raise the prices. Second of all the cans aren’t as sturdy. I had one explode on me due to dropping a butter knife on your can. Let me repeat myself. A BUTTER…KNIFE……. It didn’t even drop onto the can from a foot high. The quality in your product, in your containers, and the pricing has gone downhill exponentially. And I drink so much Arizona that I pretty much bleed Arizona if you cut me open. BUT I’m not interested in paying two dollars or more for a can of Arizona iced tea. How much does it cost to make it?…. probably less than a dollar. Turning out to be just as greedy as everybody else.

Have been drinking the gallon size of Arizona Diet Ice Tea with lemon for years. Last couple of gallons were watered down. So disappointing. I love this product. Hope this is not the norm. Please say it isn't so.

I purchased two products through the website and was sent two confirmation emails with the same tracking number so I assumed everything would be in one package. The package arrived on schedule but only one product was inside. I emailed the company to figure out what had happened explaining how maybe it was a mistake sending the same tracking number for both orders or possibly the second product was just overlooked when packaging. I received an email back about a day or two later showing me the tracking saying it was delivered. We went back and forth with a few emails and I had no results, then the representative just quit responding. I sent several more emails and had no luck with anyone else responding for over a week then was told I needed to file a claim with route shipping and that my package must have been stolen from my house. I was outside when the package was delivered I explained and was given the one box that I had tracking information from. I was still told to just file a claim. I feel as if the company does not take any personal responsibility and refused to deal with or look into the situation. They have lost a customer for life who used their product nearly every day. I can’t recommend Arizona to anyone again and will feel the need to share my experience when I see people using their products.

Arizona tea taste like water now and has no actual flavor no wonder its so cheap it's just canned water
