I have been looking for a rental in Naples for a few months. I found a place that Premier Property was managing. I was fortunate to find them because I connected with Silvia Gutierrez. Silvia has gone out of her way to find me a rental for March 2025. I had many requirements and Silvia listened to all of them. She has been a pleasure to work with and I appreciate her assistance.

Placed email out Cheri needed a place with a dog for December and January in Naples Florida with in hours she had me in a place. If you need rental property in SW Florida your only call should go to Cheri.

Thank you Premier for assisting my mom in her search for a unit. Matteo worked hard to show send us multiple units!

We signed a lease with a PPM property and were extremely excited to be a tenant. Our lease started a few weeks prior to our arrival to Naples. We had paid the first month rent, security deposit, and last month rent as required, and we had all utilities and rental insurance set up. We received welcome letters, access code to the house, and were fully ready to move in to our new home when we arrived to the area. Two weeks later when we were fully packed and en route moving to Naples, we get a call from Andrea, our leasing agent, to inform us that they have just realized that the previous tenant has not moved out yet, and we no longer had access to the property. (Mind you, there is a mandatory cleaning fee and lock change fee attached to the lease, which clearly did not happen as no one realized that the previous tenant did not leave when their lease was up, and they gave us full access to the property). Lucky for us that we were moving in weeks later than the lease start date or else we would have walked into an apartment that was occupied! PPM did try to offer properties that were available in a similar area with a lease start of 2 months later or properties that were miles away with a higher rent. On our own, we found an apartment with a different trusted company and were promised a full refund from PPM in the next 24hrs maximum. Unfortunately, and very on par for this company it seems, they could not get it together to have our check ready. We had to go in person to the office, asked to speak to the manager which was denied, and was told to come back in a few hours and the check would be ready. Finally at the end of the day, we were issued the refund check and were left with the words, “I’m so glad this worked out” ……… did it work out? For whom? We were left without the apartment that we chose and paid for, received access to, and then were homeless for several days before we self-provided a solution. I suppose you could say that it worked out..

I had an exceptional experience staying at the Blue Turtle Sea Side condo managed by Premier Property Management. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The Premier Property Management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Every detail, from the booking process to check-out, was seamless. I felt well taken care of and appreciated their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. Highly recommend their services!

My husband and I have been renting in Naples through Premier Property Management for over 2 years now. Over the past few months I have noticed a marked improvement in their service and response time to our needs as tenants. This is do to the attention and effectiveness of one employee, Matteo Mauro.
