Pro-Playground was a fantastic company to work with for our Playground Shade. We had turn-key installation and the playground was left neater than they found it. The installers were professional and courteous. We had detailed project specifications prior to making our final decision and our end result looks AMAZING!

During the past two years my Homeowners Association has focused on projects that improve our Neighborhood Park. After several weeks of reviewing Swing Sets from multiple vendors we decided to go with the 2-Bay, 4 Seat Arch Post design offered by Pro Playgrounds. During phone/email communications with Account Executive Alex Muller I was able to share information regarding our neighborhood project with him. Alex was a great help and kept in touch with me regularly via email during the entire process. The ordering process was very simple and 12 days after submitting the payment I received an email notification informing me that the order had been shipped. The order arrived on Monday, September 30 and the ABF Freight driver was friendly and very helpful with the unloading of the equipment. Upon unpacking/removing the equipment from the shipping crate I observed that it was very well protected with a layer of bubble wrap plastic, a felt-like padding, and a layer of plastic. There was no damage observed. I was very impressed! Assembling the equipment was very easy all of the parts fit perfectly. The only issue we had is one of the set screws fell in the grass while securing bolts and we could not locate it. The footing instructions were a bit confusing but we were able to figure them out. It would fantastic if a step by step assembly/installation video guide was created to make it easier for us visual learners. On Saturday, October 5 the Swing Set was installed and there were several neighborhood children watching the entire process with the anticipation of using the new equipment. On Tuesday, October 8 the concrete used for the footings will be cured and the seats for the Swing set will be installed. The children in the neighborhood are very excited! Overall the experience with Pro Playgrounds was positive and I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs. I highly recommend considering Pro Playgrounds for your playground equipment needs.
