Stephanie’s treatments work. Period ! I found Stephanie during my second pregnancy upon getting diagnosed with gestational diabetes for the first time and I am so grateful to know her. Working with Stephanie helps me bring my body in to alignment in a way I didn’t know was possible for myself. During pregnancy and now postpartum — seeing Stephanie for treatment allows me to navigate so many seemingly unmanageable diagnoses — GD, postpartum preeclampsia, postpartum anxiety and overall hormonal imbalance are some challenges that Stephanies work and immense knowledge made manageable for me. Stephanie is amazing. She turned my breech baby at 35 weeks, helped me postpartum to feel more balanced and relaxed and I recently saw her for anxiety I was having. I felt results after one session! She is actually the only acupuncturist I have worked with that I have felt results with. Highly recommend.

Stephanie treated my daughter's Bell's Palsy. It started improving after first treatment. Within a few weeks, she was all better! I had terrible pains in my knees. After one treatment, the pain was gone. Keeping her diet recommendations has kept the pain away for 2 years.

Propper acupuncture is my first experience with acupuncture! I was a little nervous at first but was immediately relaxed by her poise and confidence. It was sooooo relaxing! I don’t know if I was supposed to fall asleep but I definitely had a great nap!
I have sciatica and joint issues due to an accident- my flexibility is challenged but is very important to me… and I LOVE to take long walks! Propper Acupunture helped to bring back those pleasures without the pain!

I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about Stephanie. She immediately made me feel comfortable and safe to the extent that her visits (and even just her presence) were almost therapeutic.
She always takes the time to listen to what is going on and adapts her services to your needs. It’s immediately apparent that she really cares about you and whatever it is that is bringing you to seek acupuncture.
I worked with Stephanie during my IVF treatment (in preparation, during, and after) and do believe that she is part of the reason we had success. It’s important to have people like her in your corner and as part of your support system, especially when things are tough.

Stephanie was an incredible resource at the end of both of my pregnancies, which both extended twelve days past my predicted due date. With Stephanie’s help I was able to avoid a medical induction both times, while feeling calm and cared for. When my second daughter was breech around 34 weeks I had three sessions with Stephanie and an ECV the following week. The procedure was so fast and easy; the acupuncture sessions set up my body and baby for success. Additionally, Stephanie was able help my husband with shoulder and back pain that was lingering for months. Stephanie is kind, knowledgeable, humble, and caring. And flexible! We are so grateful for her care and support in our lives!

I’m normally not a review-writer but had to write one to sing the praises of Stephanie. I had some leg pain at 34 weeks pregnant and like you, wound up here, reading reviews. I had never done acupuncture before. When I met Stephanie, her healing presence and attentive listening truly put me at ease. I was amazed by how I felt after the first session. In fact, I actually had a dream that night that Stephanie was teaching me how to surf! I think that is the best way to describe the whole mind-body experience of working with her, so I will leave it at that … (except to also say that I happened to have a session scheduled with Stephanie on the evening that my water broke, and so my husband and I will always be grateful for her cool, calm, and collected presence in that crazy moment, and for whatever magic she worked to help us “ride the wave” of labor!)

I couldn’t recommend Stephanie enough. She had helped turn a friend’s breech baby at 37 weeks (non-invasively) so I started working with her at about 34 weeks when our baby hadn’t turned yet either, and they did soon after. I also wanted to work with her to optimise my health and prepare my body for labor and wish I’d even discovered her sooner. The service, flexibility and kindness that she provides is truly invaluable. She would come to our apartment, listen, offer suggestions, apply needles and then sit very quietly while you rested. I didn’t even know she was in the room. Her approach is thoughtful, gentle and powerful and helped me feel cared for and ready for one of the biggest physical transformations of my life. She is an earth angel no doubt!

Stephanie was great! She came to our rescue last minute because we wanted to avoid a csection and try to induce labor. Stephanie was recommended to us by our dula and friends who used her services. She was professional, the acupuncture was super relaxing. The next morning I went into labor. Nothing is a guarantee, but definitely was worth it! I highly recommend Stephanie!
