After my house was affected by surface water floods, I found Ivan through a Google and hired him based on his reviews to help with the cleanup. He did an exceptional job of cleaning and disinfecting the entire space. The carpets now look as good as new, and I feel much more comfortable being in the house without the contaminants. Ivan was absolutely brilliant, so kind and communicative. He came on time and delivered amazing results. My carpet had a huge red paint stain from months ago. He was very transparent. I had contacted at least 10 other carpet cleaners that day as i had someone cancel on me and needed urgent weekend help, and he was intact the only one to ask certain questions about the condition of the carpet. The huge red stubborn stain is gone and the carpets look brand new! Thank you, definitely recommend to anyone who has never had carpets cleaned before. You will be safe with ivan

We had our 3 seater recently cleaned and by the time it was complete you could really see the difference. We tried many companies over the years and their equipment was not as powerful but the machine used by Ivan was clearly very different and did wonders. Thank you!

Just had Pro Touch round to clean my mums carpets and rugs. There were some some serious marks around the doorways and heavy traffic areas. The finish is brilliant and, because of the equipment used, the carpets are touch dry already. He used air blowers to speed up the drying process too, which i haven't seen before. The cleaning technique is brilliant, which has resulted in an absolutely fantastic finish. Thanks Pro Touch 👌🏽

I found Ivan on Trust pilot and so glad I did! I’ve had my sofas cleaned before and was so disappointed. They were just left very wet and grubby. Ivan has changed all that! He turned up on time, put protective mats down and went to work. The sofas literally look brand new! Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him.

Not only was he a lovely guy, he was so professional and did an amazing job. We had lots of large stains that we’d tried ourselves to get out and failed.. Ivan has removed everything and both our sofa and carpets look a completely different colour (and smells amazing!). Very reasonably priced. Highly reccomend.
