Sir your car is still here and will show you where the axle bushing is completely worn and has been leaking for some time now as noted in pictures in your file. As what you had said to us "It has 214K miles I figured as much" we have no reason to lie or to break your transmission. In order to break your transmission we would have had to remove, break and re-install it in a matter of two hours which is impossible. We can only tell you what is wrong with the car and you decide what to do with it at that point, you said to us "you owed to much on the car that you use for your company and wasn't going to put that kind of money into repairing it". Also if you would like the pictures we would be more than happy to send to you. And you did not wait a week for us you called the wrecker service we use at 8:20 A.M. he had it to us by 11:17 AM and called you with the inspection by 12:26 PM.
