I’m very pleased with the work completed by Proven air conditioning & electrical. They were quick to respond, arrived at the appointed time and were professional with the way they conducted themselves. I was also very pleased to see one of the newer technicians receiving expert on the job training by the team leader.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Proven. Mario spent the entire day upgrading our AC system, zoning all 3 stories of the house, putting in temperature sensors, access points and servicing our main unit. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly and looks great. Everything was left in immaculate condition, we are so impressed. We would highly recommend Proven, they are reliable, very easy to communicate with and take pride in what they do.

Really great service. Prompt and communicated well.
Came out and quoted us. Did the work over 1.5 days. All seemed quality apart from one small piece. I didn't need to say anything as their quality assurance process meant they reviewed the work and organised to send someone back in the following day to ensure everything was up to standard. Really happy with finished product.

The service from Proven Air Conditioning & Electrical is outstanding:
-Friendly and kind customer service when I called.
-You’re informed exactly when the technician will arrive through a courtesy SMS.
-The technician was very professional, clean, and thoughtful, even offering to help move furniture back that was in the way of the air conditioner.
-Given clear options on further maintenance if you’d like, and the technician doesn’t try to force you in any way.
I’ll definitely use the service here again for future air conditioning maintenance. Shout out to the technician Zac who came over, you’re a legend!

Kevin came out, found the problem with our air con & organised the repairs. Another co. charged me $300 for a service call & couldn’t even work out what part was needed, whereas, Proven we’re all over it. Angelo, Anthony and Mohamed replaced the fan in the main unit & cleaned 3 other head units. They were efficient, neat & very professional. Would not hesitate recommending Proven!
