THE CLEANING STAFF IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT AT THEIR JOB!!! I tried contacting the supervisor regarding one of their employees and nothing. Do not stay here especially if Wayne Zeiman is still working here

Two adults. 1 kid. Age 8. June 2024. We went here for the Pokemon Go fest in 2024. It was also our first time in New York. Room was very spacious for New York. It was almost double the square footage of other places. They had tons of amenities and the staff were great. Everyone was fairly helpful. The location is hard to beat if your goal is to be Times Square New York. Would we stay again? No. The downtown city experience wasn’t for us. Too hectic and busy. Pure chaos.
