This is the first I have heard of this and that is not our standard practice at the farm , therefore I would like to know what coach did that so we can discuss . As the owner I would have liked to have known about it to recify the problem rather than you rate us in this manner . You have been a long term client and Luke has made great improvement in his skills. I can't believe you think for a second this is a fair assessment . Hopefully you appreciate all the hard my family puts into this business and the opportunities it provides for youth players. Sorry this happened and I assure it will never happen again in the future . Thanks for making me aware and if you would like to make up those lessons I am happy for you to schedule at your convenience. Please call Renee in the front office to book your lesson accordingly during her office hours each day. With regards to your billing that was refunded and was a software error and it was handled. If it has not been handled please let us know so we can investigate as this has never happened here at the farm before. See that was simple and you didn't have to waste your time on google review . Here at our baseball school we pride ourselves on delivering the farm systems that Coach Pryor has developed for the past 30 years and locally for 15years to help youth players set solid foundations to continue their baseball journey.
