We had Pure Image install a comprehensive system (audio, video, security, windows) in our home. From start to finish, Tommy and his team were courteous, accommodating and professional. Afterwards, their availability and quick response to our questions/issues have so far been outstanding.

We had an excellent experience with Shawn and Scott from Pure Image Technologies. We just had Lutron automatic shades installed in our penthouse condo. The order and installation process was seamless and we are very happy with how they look and how quiet they are. I would highly recommend working with Pure Image Technologies!

We purchased a home with a relatively dated but complicated Control4 system. Pure Image was there to help us learn the system, and have been 100% available for any questions or technical troubleshooting. Most importantly, I’ve never been encouraged to buy “the next big thing” or invest in equipment while mine is still working. You can’t ask for more than that! Ask for Tommy- he’s the best.

I work with this company professionally and recommend them to all of my clients/projects - when I moved into my new place I finally also became a client! Very happy with my decision to go with Pure Image to provide all the lighting, audio and video controls in my house via Crestron system. The Tech itself is awesome, everything controllable via my phone. Audio zones and the ‘away’ button which turns everything off when leaving the house! On top of the initial install and tech recommendations that they helped with, the service (now 18months later) continues to be exceptional. Anytime, I have fast response to a question or issue, which is fixed remotely or someone comes out to my house within a few hours. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Drew and his team were involved in our new build from day 1 and were great to deal with all along the way - from scoping and re-scoping, to consulting on rough-ins, to liaising seamlessly with other trades, to execution, and to support ever since. In an industry that has well-deserved reputation for a lot of bad actors, Pure Image stands tall. Do not make the mistake of working with the "B team".

We worked with PureImage for our home theater and they were amazing throughout the process, from walking through potential design options to installation and troubleshooting some unexpected challenges along the way. Throughout it all, they were incredibly responsive and we are super happy with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone for a home theater project.

Pure Image did a complete Savant home automation system for us. They are professional, knowledgeable and their expertise is without question. Multiple Tvs, extensive lighting, sonos sound and on and on. They installed it expertly and it works perfectly. In a complicated technological world you cannot go wrong with Pure lmage. Over the last year and a half we have invested in a customized media room, internet over haul solution and house wide entertainment system from Pure Image via Marco Habibzadeh. Our systems consists of Sonos amplifiers, Triad in wall and ceiling speakers, Yamaha Amp, 82” TV and Araknis internet solution (Prior Telus mesh was a nightmare for reliability and stability). The solution came about through extensive consulting provided by Marco and his team of experts. We had approached other companies but they were pitiful in advising us around a complicated investment. The service, consulting, performance of the entire solution and continued support we received is outstanding and we highly recommend Pure Image of Vancouver.
