Smells amazing, love the variety of scents!

This is an awful service!! the lady we got was super sweet but I feel she didn’t know what she was talking about she said we were allowed to return it if we didn’t want it. She gave us one that’s already been used for showings…. I’m not happy with machine I think it cost way too much for what it is. Payments start in march and I tried to give back literally 5 days after I had it! It’s a scam. Don’t waste your money…. I’m so upset that I have to even pay for this. Not worth it. If I would have known everything I know now I would have never agreed to sign anything!!

Terrible company masking poor customer relations with free cheap crappy products to get positive reviews. No actual warranty, good luck getting them to honor it when it breaks. I attempted to work for their company to which they told me I can earn my machine for free if I do a showing for 11 people I know and 11 people they know. Now they won't respond and won't give me the opportunity to setup showings therefore being they completely lied to me just to sell me this loud annoying cumbersome machine that absolutely does not replace a broom or a vacuum in this household. Doesn't do crap for filtering the air. Can't rate this company bad enough I hope they go bankrupt

Helps a lot with the dog hair

Haven’t even had the device for a year and it’s already stopped working, touch screen not functioning at all and stopped responding overall. No matter what we try doing all it’s good for is just being in the way now

My wife wanted this vacuum and I was skeptical! The lady demos the machine and didn’t have our machine with her. We were promised the machine the next day and it didn’t show up until 3 days later so after the first day we didn’t like it because it was bulky and wanted to return it and found out we can’t because we only had so many days to back out. By the time we got the machine we couldn’t return it and now it’s in the basement broke and can’t get any help fixing it still owing over $2,000! 😡 The right thing to do is take the machine back and tell the financial company to leave me alone!

Customer service sucks and been waiting months for a new machine because the one they gave me grew mold in it and the finance company keeps reaming in my finances instead of calling the insurance company to pay for the device as it has been going on for months now. Paying for something I can’t use.

This machine is the greatest thing I have ever invested or spent my time on my representative Desiree explain everything I don't even know how I lived without this machine it's so refreshing.if you haven't scheduled an appointment for demonstration or got one of these I would say you better hurry up before they're gone and everybody in the world realizes it and you don't have a chance to get one.. best investment ....

Love mine! Noticed a difference the first night sleeping when I put it in my bedroom

loved the sents ,nice and small for small spaces. Definitely recommended great for allergies

It’s amazing to see the results from the water you add in the device. As well if you live in an apartment with different odors from other places. You can also see the difference after clean the carpets and upholstery. Great for everything including the shower. If you want to invest in something, the investment is worth the out come. Love it!!!

The representative was polite, respectful he answered all my questions, explained all the parts of the products. Demonstrated all the features of the product and told me about the promotional items I could get.

Would definitely recommend to anyone! This product is absolutely amazing. The fresh smells that is gives in the air is great and makes your house feel so clean.

Was very impressed on how the fragrance filled the room. The soothing rainfall and color add to it as a warm welcoming mystifier.
