Thankyou to Linda and The Pure Souls Team for such compassion, understanding and comfort for our Boy Maxi. Losing our Maxi was so unexpected and I had no time to process what was happening or what needed to be done to farewell our sweet boy, it was coincidence that I found the Pure Souls page. Our Maxi loved the water, thunderstorms, rain, swimming, sprinklers, so it felt fitting that his final journey was done in such a process that allowed us as a family to know that he would be reconnected with the earth via water. If I had my time over I'd have gotten more keep sakes for him, however what we were able to bring him home with was even more comforting and a wonderful way to remember our Boy knowing he's home with us forever. Also to plant a tree in his memory for the Bushfire relief was even more of a comfort and connection to our land and country. Thankyou🤍🕊

I recently had to say goodbye to my old boy, Albie, and I'm so grateful I chose Pure Souls for his aqua cremation. After losing our bird suddenly, we called Pure Souls and it was truly the best experience we could have had during such an emotional time. The customer service representative, Linda, was always so lovely and gentle on the phone, recognising that our bird was precious to us and she never forgot her name. The man who picked her up from our home was gentle and kind as well. Thank you for making this awful time for us a bit better with your considerate approach. A tree was planted in our birds memory too which is a beautiful touch.

Very pleased with my experience with Pure Souls. I was originally looking at the traditional way of cremation but then come across the Aquacremation through Pure Souls and loved the more clean, gentle approach of cremation. Especially for our sweet girl, Betsy as she always got very anxious and stressed around fire and smoke, so it just seemed like the perfect way to send her off. The team were great at keeping me up to date with the process and made it stress free with taking care of pick up and drop off of her ashes. I especially loved the comforting and caring words from Pure Souls through emails and text during the process. It was nice to know she was in the hands of people who showed so much compassion for what we were going through.. The urn itself is absolutely perfect. I feel peace now that she is back home with us. Thank you so much for helping me through such difficult times. My lovely rats, Mic Mic, Duai Duai, and Po Po, had decided to cross the rainbow bridge together. It is so difficult for me to lose three of them in two weeks. However, Pure Souls, especially Linda and her team, gave me their biggest support, comfort, and care. They helped me to keep my babies' last journey; my babies looked like they were sleeping in the photos, which made me not so sad anymore. I can feel from the bottom of my heart that they look after my girls so gently and well. Today, my babies finally got home, and we are together again.
