I'm a project manager and spend a ton of time on concrete. I had extreme hip pain in both hips and went through physical therapy that only aggravated my pain. I was then told I needed hip replacements. Two friends of mine recommended QC. I was then given a 5 procedure treatment plan and now I have no pain. I even wore sandals with a slight heel to meet clients and I haven't been able to do that in a long time. Please know I was very skeptical at first and now I couldn't be happier with my results. The customer service is top notch. I get follow up texts and calls including an after action regimen of exercises. My care team knows my name. If you are on the fence know you are worth the cost. Just do it!!! My two friends had knees done and have had the same positive results.

I started treatment in December of 23. It's now September 24 and my knee isn't any better. In fact I'd say it's probably worse. The staff is so great and very professional, but the treatment hasn't helped and I'm out $8k. It may work for you and I hope it does, but I'm now looking for something else. At 47 I'm still trying to be active and now I'm setback almost a year in my road to a better quality of life, waiting on this to help. I wish I had maybe had surgery before this treatment and maybe it would've been more effective. I'm feeling a little lost as to what my next step should be. Probably going back to the ortho & considering surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schaffer for over a year now and have been very pleased with the results. My knee pain has improved significantly and I am able to do the activities I love again. I am eternally grateful for the amazing team and care I received at QC Kinetix in Asheville! I had tremendous swelling and pain in my thumbs after being a hairstylist for the last 28 years. I was getting to the point where it was becoming extremely painful to continue doing my job and figured there was no hope in helping the arthritis that was beginning. I was treated for both thumbs and a toe I had broken years ago that was beginning to show signs of arthritis and pain, and in four months the pain and swelling in all of those joints is completely gone! I am able to continue my work with no issues and couldn't be happier and more relieved! I highly recommend QC Kinteix and the team that works there is incredibly kind and compassionate. If I could give a ten star rating I would!

I want to write this review before I am seeing the full benefits as I have not yet completed the program but I searched the internet for answers to my questions and couldn't find any info so let me share my experience so far. I have bursitis and tendonitis in my bicep, one shoulder bad, a little start of it in the other. I tried physical therapy which made me worse. Was in excruciating pain when I found QC Kinetix, especially at night. I couldn't get a full nights sleep. The people here are the kindest most understanding team. Everyone I have dealt with has made the process easier. My questions were about the pain of the procedure and the after and if it was normal. My injections hurt like hell and after the first two I suffered for two weeks each time. But as time went on I did see improvement - small glimpses of what could be. I was pretty frazzled and scared when it came time for stem cells. The team explained everything is great detail and assured me. I felt nothing during the extraction and the shots into my shoulder were so much less painful than the PRP or enzyme ones, which I was told was due to the viscosity of the material. I came home that day and I noticed I had more range of motion and alot less pain. I am a week out now and my days are 75% better, I still have issues at night but I am managing them and have great hope that I will one day sleep unbothered by this. I will have another PRP next week and then 3 months of rest before the final one. I am so incredibly hopeful and grateful. This is not been a comfortable journey and I have endured far more pain than I thought I had tolerance for but I believe the end result will be complete recovery and I will tell everyone I know who has issues with our current medical system to at least talk to QC Kinetix. You have to be willing to take the risk but I think far more people have success than don't. I believe that my body has the ability to heal itself and QC Kinetix is showing it how to.

I can not believe how well this treatment plan worked to grow my hair back. I am only 6 months into the year treatment plan and most of my bald spots have already filled in and I'm growing new hair everyday. The massive shedding I experienced for several years just completely came to a stop 3 months into the treatment. Having tried everything else with little to no results before this, I can't say enough how much I love this place. And bonus! The staff is caring and friendly which helped me through the process. I've got 6 more months to go in my treatment plan and then I'll show my before and after pictures. I want to wait to see what the full results are going to be before I WOW everyone! I'm so thankful I found and tried QC Kinetics to grow my hair back!!!

I tore my AC joint (where your collar bone ties into the shoulder) in a mountain bike accident on a Saturday. The pain and swelling were horrible. By Saturday night I couldn’t get my elbow off my side and my arm was in the sling position. By Monday morning it had become unbearable. The orthopedic Dr. said there was nothing to do, “just rotate ice and heat and take ibuprofen. It should be better in 6 weeks and you can start physical therapy then”. I didn’t like that answer and had to do something. My brother recommended QC Kinetics. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I had absolutely no clue what I was getting into, I had only heard of this place and what they could do but I had to try something. From the minute I walked in the staff was very nice and helpful. I sat down with the nurse and explained what I had going on. She had me go through a few range of motion exercises (which were almost zero) and explained what they do and how it helps with recovery and inflammation. It made total sense but honestly I didn’t care, I just wanted relief. They drew blood, spun the bad properties out and then injected the good into my shoulder. “That’s it?” “Yes sir, you should see results in a day or so, remember to use it; motion is lotion”. I didn’t feel any difference but I thanked them went on my way. Within hours, honestly before supper time my inflammation was less, pain was more bearable and I could raise my arm parallel with my shoulders! Full disclosure I have not taken a single Tylenol or ibuprofen after Saturday when the accident happened. I am sold 100% and cannot wait for my second dose of 3. After 1 1/2 weeks from my first appointment my pain is 80% relieved and I can reach 95% extension above my head. My recovery time has been cut to less than a 1/4 of the time the orthopedic surgeon said it would be! The best part is it’s my blood, my antibodies, 100% natural and I haven’t taken a single pill. I’m a real person, I live in Charlotte NC and own a demolition company. I’ve never really left reviews but I really want people to know how this process has impacted my life!

Absolutely awesome!!! The staff are great, extremely welcoming. They go out of their way to explain what is going on and to make you comfortable. They are always just a call away if you need them between your appointments. I had extreme knee pain with alot of fluid build up and over the course of a few months I am able to walk without pain and can climb stairs as well. I will refer everyone to QC KINETICS. 😊😊😊

I went in for weight loss and their low T program. Loved how easy it was. The staff was very professional and explained everything in detail. It’s working great and I’m looking forward to continued results.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with full explanations on the procedures. I was extremely pleased at the results that I got with my knee in such a quick amount of time. I am also told that the healing will even continue!
