The team at QC Kinetix (Oakbrook) provides excellent customer care, making the experience smooth and comfortable. The staff is professional, informative, and attentive. I’ve already noticed improvement in my lower back from the stem cell treatment, and I’m eager to see how things progress over the full 18-month regeneration period. While I’m still waiting on the final results, my experience so far has been positive. Looking forward to seeing the full benefits over time!

I came into QC Kinetix with a root tear in my meniscus, unable to run or jog. Within a couple weeks, I was back to playing sports (even skiing). The staff is friendly and professional. I’d recommend this to anyone!

Great experience at Qckinetix everyone there explained every aspect of the process From the Doctor to the Nurse s and staff . They had finance programs included to assist us.ll would give them 6 Stars they had them since they only had 5 stars it will be 5 stars

I was very pleased with every visit to the Oakbrook location!!

After having a diagnosis of a torn rotator cuff and very arthritic shoulder; surgery was recommended. I really didn’t want shoulder surgery so I tried QC Kenetics with nothing to lose. I could always go back to have surgery. After 4 treatments, I am virtually pain free. I would recommend QC to any one with this type of pain.

I recently started at QC for my neck, shoulder, knee, and hip pain. I was told that I might need surgery on my shoulder if the pain doesn’t resolve, but with QC I have been getting more and more pain free days. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Caravelli put together a treatment plan and I have been getting closer and closer to complete pain relief. Looking forward to completing treatment for even more pain free days.

I really had high hopes for QC. I am a 56 year old male, 5’ 6” and 157lbs and firefighter by trade and in good shape except for bone on bone arthritis on my right hip. QC reassured me that they could help me without surgery. 9 months and $8,000 later I’m scheduled for hip replacement in January. All i can say is that it didn’t work for me!

I had the best experience at QC kinetix for my knee pain! I injured my knee years ago and have been struggling with pain affecting my daily life since. I can now workout pain free!!! The staff is so amazing!! Can’t thank you enough QC!

I was lied to about the cost and monthly payment. I made a few payments of $428.46 after being told I could pay it each month for 2 years. Found out today if I want to avoid interest my payment would be over $1200.

Stretching out helped my pain more than QC Kintetix treatments.

After reaching out to QC Kinetics with regard to the payment plan issue, they did get back to me and acknowledge a mistake was made with regard to the payment plan option and the situation was rectified right away.

Beware of dealing with qc kinetix, they didn't take x rays or anything yet stated to me that I'd be a good candidate for their treatments. Now I'm still in pain and stuck paying over $12k for treatments that offered no pain relief. They also have you sign off that you'll still pay even if the treatments don't work, so they cover their own butt but now yours.

This is an update from my last review. The staff is wonderful! It is the process that I am having issues with. They do not require a current X-ray or MRI. I showed them an X-ray from a year earlier and I still had a little bit of joint space left at that time. I went through all of the treatments and had minimal positive results afterwards. I went to an orthopedic surgeon a few months ago (6 months after finishing my QC Kinetix treatments) and it turns out my entire joint space was collapsed with bone on bone osteoarthritis. I’m having a joint replacement in a few weeks. I wish they would have asked for a more recent X-ray, because then I wouldn’t have gone through with the treatments because there is no way to come back from complete bone on bone grinding osteoarthritis. Maybe if there was still some joint space my results would have been different. Now I’m stuck paying for an expensive series of treatments that didn’t really help me and now need a joint replacement anyway. I’m very disappointed.
