I found the staff at Joplin QC kinetix to be caring and professional. The facility always looked clean and neat. I appreciate the fact that they recommended physical therapy. I chose Joplin Serc, and that was an important part of my rehabilitation. When my husband made the payment, I immediately decided I needed to do my part and become a more healthy weight. During the course of treatment I used the Optavia program with health coach Lori Wagahoff Jones and lost 40 lbs. These three things have worked together to improve my mobility and reduce pain. I am grateful for the progress and look forward to further improvement during the next several months.

I work at QC Kinetix (Springfield) and had the opportunity to fill in at Joplin. My experience was a well ran clinic, with staff who care about their patients. I had the opportunity to meet many patients and hear their success stories in becoming pain free and reaching their life goals through their treatments! Keep it up Joplin!

I have been extremely please with my procedure on both knees. I have had both left and right knee previously orthoscopy surgery. Back in March I need crutches and 20 - 30 minutes to get mobile. I wanted an alterative to more surgery. My pain was 18+ out of 10 before QC Kinetix. Today 6 months later I'm a 0 - 2 out of 10. It is a journey, be patient, listen to the staff and do as instructed. I have moments with zero pain. The Stem Cell/PRP will continue over the next 12 -24 months from the start. Thank you to the staff at QC Kinteix, they are a great group to seek treatment with.

When I got in a car accident a couple of years ago, I began having excruciating pain in my neck. I could not turn to look behind me in my car and it was severely affecting my job as well. So far with all the injection done, I feel that it is working great for my back. The staff is awesome and take time to listen and understand your issues. So if this is something that you are pondering on doing, my suggestion is go in talk to them and let them help you.

I am very happy with the service and results. I have been getting less pain and looking forward to healing completely.

Injection number one was successful and after 10 days my hip felt better than before the injection. Just received injection number two and I will update prior to injection number three.
