Great people, service and going the more natural route vs surgery was a no-brainer! Very happy and shoulder is as good as new!

I'd like to start by saying that I love the idea of this healing concept and every single person at QC Kinetics was such a joy to work with. They are eager to get you feeling better and are comforting and informative. That being said, this stem cell treatment did not work for me. I went into it with high expectations, and 8 months after I started treatment, my symptoms are not continuing to improve, but are coming back. I went to QC Kinetics for arthritis in my right wrist (I am currently 37f). The arthritis had been progressing for two years and besides some pretty aggressive medicine the Rheumatologist recommended, I thought I would give stem cell treatment a go. By the time I got to QC Kinetics, I couldn't bend my wrist or grip anything in my hand without having pain. The pain was very bad, it was constant - all day, every day. I began treatment in January and with each treatment/injection at QC Kinetics, I did see a little improvement, it wasn't until after the second to last injection (March) and 8 weeks of physical therapy that I was able to bend my wrist and have most function back without much pain. I was thrilled at the improvement I saw! I was told that it wouldn't be until 9 months for me to see the full effects of the injections. Which, admittedly, they didn't tell me until the second to last treatment. I will say, even with the improvements I saw with my mobility and regaining strength, I was still experiencing pain in my wrist. Although I was able to do much more than when I started, I still unable to do some of the things I was hoping to do without pain (picking up my children, playing cornhole, bowling - to name a few). In the last couple of weeks, I have seen a dramatic increase of pain and inflammation come back to my wrist (it is now August - 7 months from the beginning of treatment). The activities I have regained since starting treatment have been halted and I fear I will be back to wearing a brace and seeing the rheumatologist for further treatment options. I am disappointed in this turn of events and thought that I would continue to see improvement, as I'm still in the 9 month window for healing. If my wrist improves in the next couple of months I will revise this review, but at this point I want to be up front and honest. I am disappointed in the time and energy and money invested into this treatment to start regressing in my healing. I honestly wouldn’t refer anyone to this sort of treatment if they have arthritis. It cost me $8,000 out of pocket for this treatment, and at this point in time, I do not feel the juice is worth the squeeze.

I just finished my last injection QC Kinetix with Abe at the Chandler location, he is a great PA! Life is improving every day as I look forward to as much of a pain free life possible. QC Kinetix treatments are is trying to overcome 46 years pain and suffering, The next 6 months are key to gaining back some quality of life.

everyone was terrific at Chandler. All were knowledgeable and informative. they answered all my questions. And the product seems very worthwhile. I'm glad I went with QC Kinetics. As I discussed with Talia, putting this investment into stem cell injections actually breaks even when you consider the money I would put out of pocket for the two joint replacements. Again I'm sold on QC Kinetics.

I am so happy that I went to QC KINETIX for my severe hip pain. The entire staff was so friendly and professional. I called on a Thursday in severe pain from a torn labrum. I was able to go into their office for treatment the very next day. I did a total of eight treatments, and I experienced almost total pain relief just three days after the initial treatment. Yesterday. I had my final treatment, and can confidently say that I am back to almost 100%! I am very satisfied with my results. Also, a big Thank You to Talia for her comforting demeanor during my injections. I was a bit anxious about the needles, but she made sure I was always comfortable and she made the entire process painless. Thank You QC Kinetix!!

QC Kinetic has healed my knee

29 yrs of only hearing surgery is the only fix for your back. Either keep taking pain pills for the rest of your life or lets get the surgery done. i kept waiting and waiting for any other option, when i heard about them on the radio i was a skeptic i admit. then when i found out Insurance refused to cover any of it, i was mad after all the years of paying in and getting nothing in return. It has been a life changing event. i can golf again, go bowling, play with my new grandson. i can not say enough about what QC has done for my life. just so disappointed that insurance / dr.'s don't even tell you about this as an option and wont cover a penny of it. i highly recommend at least a concertation to see if it may work for you. it is the best decision i have ever made.

Andy has degenerative disc in his low back and needed to be fused so we went to QC kinetics and is going thru the therapy and he noticed from the first shots that it took his pain from an 8 to a 4. By the 3rd shot Stem cells) he is pain free. 2 more shots to go. Now he doesn't need surgery. Just do it and follow what they tell you.

Last summer I tore BOTH rotator cuffs- I was looking at 4-6 weeks off for surgery each side! Luckily I found an ad for Q-C Kinetics. The rest is nothing short of a miracle - after 6 months I almost have full recovery and not the hideous pain caused by my fall!

In July, my bone on bone, arthritis in my left knee was excruciating. I dreaded starting the new school year. I didn't think I could make it from the parking lot to my desk. Thanks to QC Kinetix, I have new life; I am able to walk without pain. It has been 6 months so far in my journey and look forward to continued stemcell growth in the next 3 months. So glad my husband, who is also doing this, heard the commercial on the radio and gave them a call. No down time, no surgery, and best part, everything that went into me, came from me. Had no Idea what to expect , did not want the down time of surgery ! Staff was excellent and knew never felt better!!

I was treated so well that I was amazed! It is virtually painless and all of my questions were answered in detail. I am half way through my treatments and my knee pain is almost gone. Now I won't have to have surgery!

Excellent friendly staff! I would say I'm 90% better in the 4 months I've been coming. I'm working out again and able to take longer walks! I highly highly recommend QC kinetics if you are having any type of back neck knee problems!

Update: Got a call from the reginal manager what a joke! You would think they would have a direct number NO had to go thru 3 ppl to finally get ahold of her ( Teressa) so she apologized for my 1st encounter and wanted to know if I wanted to schedule appt ! NO thank you seems like you have issues with your scheduling dept that I wish NOT to deal with moving forward ! Oh and they do not accept insurance I emailed this office to have a consultation and shocker a week went by and NO one reached out, Called this morning and the girl that answered the phone had the Worst phone educate, was trying to schedule said we have an opening on Friday then would not provide any times ?? so stupid lost a client !

Very knowledgeable staff. Explained every step and answered all my questions. Just had my 5th. Shot in my knees ( out of 5 shot treatment) and to this point, very good results. Thank you all much!

Very good experience, staff was excellent. I am happy with the results so far and anticipate the good things to continue while the healing progresses.
