Indy is great to work with, and we are happy with the health care assistant working with our Mom.

I really have the highest expectaion for my husband. Qualicare, Indy, and her amazing team, they made it all possible. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for their incredible dedication in meeting our needs and expectations. Seriously, they do such an exceptional job, always reliable and so caring. I can't thank Qualicare enough, you guys are simply the best. I honestly feel so lucky to have chosen your company.

We are using Qualicare for home care for my Dad. We are very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. He is very comfortable with his care givers and it has helped us alot.

Indy and her team were with us during very difficult times when our loved one was palliative. They gave us the clarity in the moments when we were the most overwhelmed and this helped us have quality time with my father in law in the last week's of his life. The support workers were not just very professional but kind and nurturing. We are forever thankful.

On October 4, 2023, I had spinal surgery. I employed Qualicare nursing staff to care for me in my home after surgery from October 6 to October 17, 2023. I had 24 / 7 nurse coverage. The nurses were absolutely professional and yet very personable. They assisted me with rolling over in my bed and helping me to climb the stairs in my home. They watched over me and made sure that my medication was administered at the appropriate times. It was rough going for the first week, so their presence was greatly appreciated. Near the end of their stay, I was able to walk outside with the aide of a walker. It has been 2 and half months and already I can walk for an hour unattended, workout at the gym, and swim. I am grateful for the awesome surgeon that I had and the assistance of the Qualicare nursing staff. I would recommend to anyone who requires nursing assistance to contact Qualicare. The woman who manages this company is a lovely, personable lady and she will analyze your health status and provide you with the appropriate care. Joanne Garton

I highly recommend Qualicare Edmonton South. My parents are in their mid-80s and like many of the age are running into major challenges while they live at home. My mother has been confirmed as having dementia and my father is coping with the adjustment to be her care giver, along with other family members living nearby. The anxiety of the burden became untenable a few months ago. I was introduced to Indy Toor at Qualicare who was patient and understanding in helping family members through the untenable situation. We began by engaging her to find us a suitable care giver part time. My parents have historically been very stubborn in accepting care, but Indy's style along with the chosen care giver led to immediate results. The care giver (Lovedeep) was almost immediately accepted by my parents and is now a full-time care giver. My father is being coached and learning how to cope with the situation rather than fight the challenges. Qualicare and Indy have accommodated us through the difficult challenge of accepting care and then moving quickly to improve quality of life, including lessening the burden on other family members. The care is allowing my parents to live longer in the familiar surrounding of their home before having to potentially move to a care home. I highly recommend the services of Qualicare Edmonton South and the leadership of Indy and her team.

We were impressed by the depth of Indy's knowledge and experience, her professionalism, as well as her sensitive, compassionate manner. 💖Qualicare South has been a huge blessing to our family! When my mom was sick and I simply needed advice, I’ll never forget how Indy, the Director/Registered Nurse, came to visit mom at the hospital. Indy is outstanding, professional, has wonderful expertise in her field and truly cares about clients and their families. Recently, when dad became sick or when I needed elder-care help as I was travelling, this is the 1st company I hired. Indy and her team-mate, Hannah, have been outstanding since the initial home assessment, organization of dad’s care, finding the perfect nannies and ensuring dad’s needs and wants were well taken care of! The nannies have also been fantastic. We want to give a special shout-out to Navjot! She is so responsible, punctual and hard-working. She ensures the patient is well taken care of & provides great insights to the client and family. As a bonus, Navjot is such a wonderful cook! It’s nice to just tell her what we would like for dinner and have her make delicious and healthy meals. I have also been so impressed with the efficiency of the entire homecare team. It is wonderful to see such teamwork! Do not hesitate to trust Qualicare South. Her help and compassionate actions went over and above her duties when we really needed the help. It’s wonderful to know that there are people like her who truly put the needs of the patient first. Very happy with the care received for my elderly mother, who wishes to remain in her home. We have a dependable, conscientious caregiver and as care needs increase will definitely continue using Qualicare's services. Highly recommended!

My husband and I knew we wanted Qualicare involved with his care from the moment these two ladies walked in the door. They were very warm, open to any and all questions, helped us to understand what they could offer. They offered more than patient care, we were both taken care of emotionally, and physically. They worked exceedingly well around our family as well and when their shifts were over your home was also taken care of. Theresa even mopped my floors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Qualicare. My mother received excellent care from Indy and her team. Mom's wish was to pass away at home and she went from needing minimal care to 24 hour care very quickly. Indy was able to accomodate that within a day, which was very impressive. There were two care aids in particular that my mom adored. They were with her on her last day. One of them even stayed past her shift as she didn't want to leave. They sang to mom and her face lit up. They embraced mom and became quite attached to her; they are angels in my book. Indy worked so hard and saw mom daily in her last week or two. Thank you so much for making mom's wish, for her final weeks, come true. 💙
