Dana is a pleasure to work with, and I’m very grateful for her support and the quality care her team provides. Dana took the time to understand our specific needs and made the entire process seamless. We are especially appreciative of having a Cantonese-speaking caregiver, which has allowed my mom to communicate and connect much more easily. We had a wonderful experience working with Dana and her team at Qualicare! Dana was an excellent resource to navigate a very tricky health system and she also worked with my parents to find caregivers that were a good fit for them. After some unsuccessful attempts to find the right fit on our own, Qualicare found the perfect caregiver for my parents. I think if they could have kept her forever they would have. Excellent service when I needed it most. I had some health issues and the director came immediately to inform me about Qualicare services and book help. Very good support from caregivers. I was looking for an at home care nurse for my mother in law. I googled at home care in St Albert and found Qualicare. They had a 5 start rating and the reviews were everything I needed to hear. I gave Qualicare a call and spoke with Dana, she was so friendly and so easy to talk to. I was able to contact her even when she was away on her vacation and she was able to help me set up a nurse asap for my mother in law. That to me speaks volumes as to how much they care for their clients. I felt that my mother In law would get the care she deserves and that all of her needs would be met with kindness and care. Thank you to Dana and Qualicare for your time and care.

Dana and her staff have made the transition to in home care so easy for my mom and dad. She is always available to answer questions and was able to have care givers in their home very quickly. The Qualicare care givers have all been amazing any mom loves them all.

Dana and her staff at Qualicare have been nothing short of amazing. Right from the start when I met Dana at a trade fair I knew it would be the right fit. When the time came that we suddenly needed care for my mom and it was a stressful time, she was there for us, supporting us all the way, and she continues to support us. Her staff is wonderful - so supportive, caring, genuinely interested in my mom’s well-being, and willing to go above and beyond expectations. My mom really enjoys their company and hard work. I couldn’t recommend Qualicare more.

My mom recently was approved for homecare. Qualicare is who we chose, very quick and convient to get setup and very flexible with times. Sandy and Vilma are my moms primary care givers while I am at work. They are amazing with my mom and helps her with showers and exercises and helping with getting her ready and preparing breakfast and lunch. So convienient and highly recommend Qualicare. Dana the director of Qualicare is very flexible and has come over multiple times to help get setup and do a assessment of the home, and keeps in contact with you. Very happy with the Services.

Our parents suddenly found themselves in a crisis situation and we live too far away to give them the care that they needed. We were encouraged to call Qualicare and their response was instant, caring and thorough. They listened to what was needed, developed an individualized plan and made recommendations for solutions that we would not have known about. Qualicare Home Care met and exceeded our expectations.

We started with Qualicare about 6 months ago and wow what a difference in my moms life, her mental state, surroundings, and vitality have all improved. They are very competent and resourceful in what the ways they care for her, and they treat her like family. Wonderful care company!
